I refuse to participate in facebook since it wants exclusive rights to anything you post. I anticipate many suits against them over this, but it is clear in their terms of service agreement that hardly anyone bothers to read.
I'm wallowing in procrastination....I need to head out to work on the rental but I can't seem to locate my gumption anywhere as I debate the necessity of purchasing an Arnie Monster Palmer to recreate some new gumption. : )

I have one great friend who helps me out on the cheap because he is in debt to me.....so, it shall be just the two of us but it is coming along. He was repairing some dry wall when the floor gave out so we are slapping down some new flooring today. You know, the job always seems to grow.
