I refuse to participate in facebook since it wants exclusive rights to anything you post. I anticipate many suits against them over this, but it is clear in their terms of service agreement that hardly anyone bothers to read.

There should be some hungry contractors out there advertising on craigslist, just as they are here. My team, appliance, HVAC, make-ready, maintenance, etc have been with me for 20+years.

I don't understand the "now your status" instruction. It's not difficult to recognize this as a line from one of the classics.
