This isn't the first time Anonymous has spoken out against social networks. After Google removed Anonymous' Gmail and Google+ accounts, Anonymous pledged to create its own social network, called AnonPlus. Everything you do on Facebook stays on Facebook regardless of your "privacy" settings, and deleting your account is impossible, even if you "delete" your account, all your personal info stays on Facebook and can be recovered at any time. Not me. I have never posted my real name on the 'net, other than when I rarely order something on the 'net via a https:// site. Attending some high school and college reunions it is out there (posted by others) but one needs to dig deep. I'm paranoid for a reason. I hope Anonymous is successful.

My son established one for me, and it laid dormant for two years. After I attended a 40 year neighborhood reunion, a few friends invited me to be "friends." It's similar to real life for me; nobody talks to me :)

I am convinced that Anonymous is, at its roots, an intelligence agency operation. The only people getting burned are a few pimply kids - a sure sign that they were set up and taken down to cement the cover legend. As well, being anonymous, any government cyber operation can do whatever they want and then send an anonymous note from "Anonymous" to blame it on "anonymous hackers". It's a great racket.

i have a FB account. my son created it for me. i enjoy it because i am able to be in touch with so many friends and family that i never would have otherwise. i have political friends, dance friends, high school friends, extended family, and more that i interact with. it's also a great for me to keep up with various events that i'm interested in.

It is a very unusual site. They claim they will publish anything, and seems the gov. just leaves them alone as not to draw attention to them.

Facebook epitomises the double-edged sword that is the Internet. One one hand we see the Truth Movement flourishing on that site, on the other; we see a site obviously in the hands of the NWO, it's entire top brass have Jewish surnames, harvesting data for the CIA.

Email can do everything facebook can do but with a lot more privacy. Is a friend of a friend of a friend really a friend? I don't think so. Everyone you know in any way can't be a friend. Believe me, even those closest to you in real life may not be your friends.

If they accomplish this task then my hat is off to them. I don't see it happening myself without inside help at facebook. The private sector has much better web security than the government.
