By Associated Press, Published: September 20 FLORENCE, Colo. — The former head of the Montana Freemen, an anti-government separatist group that held the FBI at bay for 81 days in 1996, has been found dead in his cell at the federal Supermax prison in southern Colorado. LeRoy Schweitzer, 73, was found unresponsive in his cell Tuesday and appears to have died of natural causes, The Denver Post reported (goo.gl/hEVcD). A Federal Correctional Complex advisory announcing the death says an autopsy will be performed. Schweitzer was a founder and leader of the small, heavily armed Freemen group. His arrest in 1996 prompted 16 group members to barricade themselves in a 960-acre ranch compound in Jordan, Mont., for 81 days. The standoff with the FBI ended without a shot fired. Schweitzer was a former owner of a crop-dusting business and was a partner in a real estate company when he organized the militia group. The Freemen didn’t recognize the federal government, and they attempted to curdle the nation’s banking industry by writing billions of dollars’ worth of bad checks that came to be known as “Schweitzer checks.” Schweitzer was later convicted on 25 counts, including conspiracy, bank fraud, threatening a federal judge, illegal possession of firearms and participating in the armed robbery of an ABC-TV crew covering the Freemen. At his sentencing in 1997, Schweitzer stood gagged, chained and handcuffed. When U.S. marshals lowered his gag, Schweitzer claimed he was a citizen of “the country of Montana,” not the United States. “I will not willingly participate in this fraud,” he said. Schweitzer had been serving his sentence in Colorado since 2006. Colorado’s Supermax prison — short for “super-maximum security” — holds some of the country’s most notorious criminals. They include Unabomber Theodore “Ted” Kaczynski and Eric Robert Rudolph, who bombed a park during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Schweitzer is a cousin of current Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer, a Democrat. But in a biography about the governor written by Greg Lemon and published in 2008, Brian Schweitzer shrugs off their connection. “I’ve got about two thousand relatives in Montana,” the governor says. “I think I have fifty first cousins or more.” Copyright 2011 The Associated Press. Poster Comment: I spent Thanksgiving 1995 with LeRoy, Dale Jacoby, Dan Peterson and some others I don't recall their names, at their place near Jordan, Montana. These guys were family men that had investigated the FEDERAL FRAUD against America and decided to teach others how this had been done. They were all great men that loved their country. Much that is said about them is pure bullshit spread by the most criminal element in America, the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK GOVERNMENT and their media.

These guys ("Freemen") were ordinary Americans that discovered back then what many are just realizing today and that is that "everything" we've been told is a lie straight from hell. They refused to live the lie. They refused to bend their knee to the oppressor. R.I.P. LeRoy Schweitzer.

March 21, 2003 and After: Two Arrested for Trying to Help Convicted Freeman Escape PrisonErvin Elbert Hurlbert and Donald Little are arrested while trying to impersonate “Montana marshals” in order to facilitate the escape of Montana Freemen (see 1993-1994) leader LeRoy Schweitzer (see 1983-1995) from a federal prison in Edgefield, South Carolina. Schweitzer is serving a 22-year sentence for a variety of crimes relating to bank and check fraud (see July 3-8, 1998 and March 16, 1999). Both Hurlbert and Little are arraigned for attempting to aid a prisoner’s escape; Hurlbert is also charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer. The two enter the lobby of the Edgefield prison, identify themselves to a prison official as “Montana marshals,” and tell the official that they are there to take custody of Schweitzer. They give the official documents to “prove” their assertion, including a writ demanding that the warden relinquish custody of Schweitzer to “Marshal Ervin Elbert clan of Hurlbert.” One of the documents reads, “United States of America Special appointed Marshal Ervin Elbert: clan of Hurlbert shall assume full responsibility for the custody of the Justice/Petitioner,” meaning Schweitzer. The documents state that Schweitzer is “volunteering to return to the Country of Montana.” The documents are signed by Schweitzer and three former Edgefield inmates. Instead of releasing Schweitzer, prison officials notify local law enforcement, and sheriff’s deputies arrest Hurlbert and Little. FBI agent Deborah DeVito tries to interview Little, but he refuses to answer questions and instead repeats the claim that he is a “process server, noncombatant.” Little also tells DeVito that he is not a United States citizen but an “American National Citizen” and a foreigner from the “Country of Montana.” Hurlbert waives his legal rights, but refuses to sign a waiver form, telling DeVito that he owns his name and will not sign anything. Hurlbert says Schweitzer sent him the documents. He also tells DeVito that the codes of the “Country of Montana permit the establishment of their own Supreme Court and Justices.” Hurlbert says he had no intention of using violence, but admits to having a pistol in his vehicle. And he absolutely was correct in noting he was not a "citizen of the United States". How many people have figured out that the United States is a corporation linking all the unionized states as a franchise? This is the fraud that true patriots like Leroy and stood against. I believe it. I experienced blank stares from people from the respectable community of law and even charitable organizations who would tell me how screwed up our debt system. All they did was complain complain complain. It never occurred to these people to ask WHY we have a debt system at all. When I tell them that our birth certificates (stock certificates) are the KEY as we are surety to the debt till the day we die. And that our surety to this debt is what ties us to the U.S. Treasury Dept who bonds us as slaves (debtors) to where we become slaves to a foreign corporation which we have no LAWFUL nexus to at all. All I got was blank stares and telling me I read too much and need to get a life. That is what is wrong with this country. People don't care anymore. This is not one of the Warrants that I received but an example of one. I saw an interview on television some years ago with a lady that had gone to school with LeRoy Schweitzer and she said " oh yes, LeRoy was always the smartest kid at our school." I attended one of their classes and spent Thanksgiving with them in 1995. These guys were pure Red, White and Blue Americana. They told us we were all under surveillance. Everyone in attendance was armed and fully prepared to defend against an intrusion by FEDERALES. It was only a few months after I was there that they were surrounded and ultimately arrested, tortured and now LeRoy has passed away (after being tortured by the thugs). [ I cannot express in words the hatred that I have for the shit eating, baby killing, scumbag FEDS. ] The Freemen were promised a TELEVISED TRIAL in order to get them to agree to come out of their home. Instead, their papers, books and property were impounded and much of it destroyed. I've been told that LeRoy was subjected to electro-shock treatment almost immediately after he was arrested. They taught that laws had been changed improperly over time and showed how by having the complete library of Montana laws (and those of some other States) where you could see portions left out or changed without notice. The Freemen issued Warrants (monetary) that have been described as money orders or checks, which they weren't. (I still have some). These Warrants were drawn against a lien established by a federal court against the treasurer of the united States, (Lloyd Benson). A bank ("special lien") account was opened at Norwest Bank (I think that's the name) BY ORDER OF A FEDERAL JUDGE. They made small incremental moves to verify the validity of what they were doing. They used warrants to discharge IRS debts, after having made purchases at the Post Office and other places to insure that they had everything in order. They doubled the amount owed and sent a warrant. Without fail, the debt was discharged and a refund sent back for the overage. Gerry Spence, (famous lawyer and attorney for Randy Weaver) stated live on Television that the Freemen hadn't done anything that isn't done a thousand times every day on Wall Street. [Castro's Cuba is paid through Warrants for the use of Guantanamo Bay]. The Freemen knew that infiltrators attended their classes. They knew a fight was brewing but wanted to make every attempt to avoid bloodshed. The Wall Street shysters, The FEDERAL RESERVE BANK and all who colluded with them in the current collapse of the entire world's economy are the real criminals, not the Freemen. The sooner these thugs begin to disappear or wake up dead the sooner America gets its freedom back. Long Live LeRoy Schweitzer's memory !

And Gerry Spence was absolutely correct in noting about the fraud in Wall Street. But if he was that good of a lawyer why couldn't he have prevented Leroy from going to prison. The reason is because most lawyers are officers of the courts and their first loyalty is to the court and never their clients.

I believe that would be exactly the mindset of LeRoy Schweitzer (and the others). The funny thing about my having attended their classes was that I was refered there by a seasoned attorney that I met through "Patriot" meetings. He had attended their class and said he was amazed that he had been a lawyer for so long without being aware of the truth.

But it's true. That is why lawyers have to have a license to practice law in the courts. They are officers of the courts and their loyalty is NEVER to their clients as first priority. Their first loyalty is with the courts and through the oath they took upon passing their bar exam and getting their license to do business with the courts.

Earlier I said that I wouldn't argue this post. The truth is there isn't ONE LICENSED ATTORNEY IN AMERICA - they have Bar Cards. It's more like a Union.
