Sorry charlie, but the production in Texas rose each year up till the 70's. It may not "replenish" as fast as it is drawn either, but that doesn't mean that oil comes from ancient critters. It also does not prove GLOBAL peak oil has occured.

it seems pretty comical to me that the main media got on the global warming train before they realized the implications for israel... they're too chickenshit to back down, so all they can do is give "equal time" to global warming deniers... the effect is great, though... the people remain so confused and divided that it all works out just fine. everybody got on the same page pretty early in the peak oil problem, though, but after five or six years of flat production, more and more peak oil stuff is leaking out. nevermind, though.... there are unimagined resources waiting in the wings, dedicated to shielding israel from the facts and logic of 9/11... it will be a relief when they start shooting people who know about peak oil a global warming and are willing to connect the dots... then we'll know, for sure, that the final battle lines have been drawn.
You would be hard pressed to find a scientific explanation for what you claim, one which describes the process empirically, rather than by assumption. That oil can be made from a raw organic gas empirically proves that it CAN and DOES happen. That you refuse to understand that is your problem, not mine.
