They are scrapping it in favor of jumping straight to a world union after the dust settles from WW3. The European Union is about to crumble, shortly after or before it does, WW3 will start.

No. They have just gone to more gradualism and are implementing in piecemeal rather than all in one putsch.

Students in a Texas public high school were made to stand up and recite the Mexican national anthem and Mexican pledge of allegiance as part of a Spanish class assignment, but the school district maintains there was nothing wrong with the lesson.
It happened last month in an intermediate Spanish class at Achieve Early College High School in McAllen, Texas — a city located about 10 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border.

They might have had some complaints from the NAACP sector about the increased ratio of Caucasians to Blacks from the addition of Canada and Mexico's populations in that scheme.
