Yes it is, and there's a reference to supporting a private central bank but also opposing government money. I guess that's supporting the FRB but what is "government money"? Gold & silver? Or maybe it's government issued bills, as per Lincoln. Oh, and your pic is just that annoying frozen frog. That's all I see, unfortunately.
Is that because of your connection you can't see it? Too bad. It is a cartoon showing the Federal Reserve as an octopus with it's evil tentacles into everything.

Okay, I probably saw that before. No, not my connection per se. It's likely that I'm out of the country or my IP address or something like that. Somehow and for some reason it's a limitation imposed by Image Shack. The graphic says "to view" I need to register at some weird domain at "bit.ly/imageshack-domain". No idea why I should need to do that or even how it would work.
