“This may be the most high-profile sexual abuse case ever,” says Benjamin Andreozzi, a Harrisburg, Pa., lawyer who is representing at least one of the victims listed in grand jury filings. Adreozzi noted that once other potential victims see that they’re “not alone,” perhaps they’ll come forward, too.

“I think things are going to be fast and furious over the next weeks,” one attorney said.

It is going to be interesting following this, although I find stench of evil sickening, to see how successfully the cover-up is put into place and how many mid-level pervs will be sacrificed to protect the high level pervs. Subscribe to *US INDUSTRIAL WAR MACHINE* Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top Page Up Full Thread Page Down Bottom/Latest Begin Trace Mode for Comment # 41.

unfortunately because this is in the news, that's the first thing most people will think of when Penn State is your alma mater. however, this is not fair to alumni, professors, employees outside of the football program, current students, etc who had nothing whatsoever to do with this sin. this guilt by association is bullshit. and i have to disagree with you in regard to their playing football. a clean sweep of the perps is all that is warranted, imo.

Trust me, you can live a long and well-fulfilled life without ever turning on the boobtube again.

I'm there with you on this one. There was a time when we had decent, watchable, enjoyable shows - not so much today.

For me it would be "Have Gun Will Travel", Daniel Boone starring Fess Parker, The Cisco Kid, Star Trek, "Whirly Birds" (mid-50's and very dated now), Wyatt Earp, Cheyenne, Sugar Foot, The Rockford Files, Maverick, Bewitched (first 2 seasons), Mash*, and "The Name of The Game". ISpy was good too but I've only seen a few episodes - it was always on during one of my mom's favorites on another channel. There were a few others I found enjoyable, but those were the main ones. I didn't like Bonanza that much after one of the actors who played one of the brothers left the show and they replaced him with someone else. Honorable Mentions: 77 Sunset Strip (Which had the coolest opening of any TV show) Peter Gunn (Al Hirt's Trumpet made the show with that wonderful Henry Mancini Theme song.) Surfside 6 - which was a copycat of 77 Sunset Strip Mr. Lucky - another dark detective show. The Outer Limits - best early SF drama. Along Came Bronson (first season only) The Rebel - (Johnny Yuma)

Actually, thinking about it, I mean't "Davey Crockett" - "King of the wild frontier ..." and not Daniel Boone. Oddly enough Fess Parker, I believe, played both. A little trivia - the man who played Davey's Indian Sidekick/Friend was played by an actor named Ed Ames (who was really an Indian) and he was also a Operatic Tenor - and a very good one. I still have one of his recordings somewhere. My mother loved his rendition of "They Call The Wind Mariah" - which was the opening theme for the movie "Krakatoa East of Java". Yes, Adam Cartwright - and he was the best. I don't know if he ever regretted leaving the show or not. Just looked him up on WackyPedia - evidently not - they have an extensive entry about him. Pernell Roberts He would have made a mint from it for as long as it ran. I think it was second only to "Gunsmoke" as the longest running Western. Roberts was the last surviving member of the cast and died of Pancreatic Cancer, age 81, in 2010.
