There are currently 4 comments, one of them mine, that have been hidden/censored by being flagged as spam. Evidently, none of those comments have been spam-flagged off the board due to any net-negative ratings up vs. down. There is no thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon to indicate that those comments were ever rated at all. Two of the posts are informational, one is satirically joking, and only one could be considered on the rude-side. Even if they had been hidden from view by downrates, there would still be no logical reason apparent for those comments in particular to be hidden by the poster of the video, readers, hackers, or whoever, as unpermissable in comparison to other posts discussing the subject.
Am copying as FYI the comments that have been strangely blocked from view by censorship-agenda(s) of some behind-the-scenes sort, I reckon, and can't be seen at the YT site except by clicking the "show" link next to the "flagged as spam" message for the post. Will probably ask the video poster for an explanation, repost the comment there with a request to unblock the original, and post updates on the situation in this thread.

The van at 6th and King was described as having a mural "with a plane crashing into New York City" (NOT into the WTC)
The graphic on the van may have had something to do with this other line of business Suter was involved in (the shopping mall helicopter/plane vendors). Just a thought.

Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik leaves tonight for a four-day trip to Israel, where he will meet with government officials to discuss anti-terror tactics and Israeli traffickers of Ecstasy pills.
Kerik was invited to the violence-wracked region by Israel's minister of public safety. Mayor Giuliani approved the trip.
The visit is considered official business, so New York City taxpayers are picking up the tab.

Even people who don't live anywhere near New York are getting an opportunity to experience the NYPD's controversial policing practices. The department has had a handful of officers stationed abroad for some time now, and Al-Monitor reports that it's "opened a local branch" in Israel.
Last year Mordecai Dzikansk, an NYPD detective working in Israel, explained that his role was to learn from foreign authorities and situations that arise overseas.
The only official account of the Mural Van is in the Mineta Transportation Institute's "Saving City Lifelines: Lessons Learned in the 9-11 Terrorist Attacks" document:

If the Mossad in collusion with the top levels of US government agencies planned and executed 9-11, then it seems to me that these 3 Urban Moving Systems vignettes seem to be a deliberate part of their overall plan, to lead us down rabbit trails and keep our focus off of other more obvious deceptions about the events of 9-11.

[Many] mistakenly say that [the Mineta Transportation Institute] report [Saving City Lifelines: Lessons Learned in the 9-11 Terrorist Attacks] came out in Feb. 2006 because it is numbered 02-06, but it was actually published in Sep. 2003 (as evident from the front page).
On the transmission, the officer says twice that they had detained the two fleeing suspects that "were driving the van and the van exploded."

On the recording, there is first a mention of remote controlled planes filled with explosives (?!) that later, through much crosstalk and interference, becomes a description of a truck (possibly filled with explosives) with a mural depicting a plane crashing into the WTC. Within about thirty seconds of the last message describing the mural and request for the bomb squad, apparently the van/truck has exploded and the fleeing men have been apprehended
a year ago or so on youtube i remember a comment saying the truck belonged to a toy remote control plane company, but that still doesn't explain why the painting showed the toy plane crashing into the wtc.
As far as the Mineta report is concerned, the phrase "The vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck" certainly gives the impression that this was much ado about nothing, but displacing the question of guilt onto the truck could simply be a strategy to offer a technically true statement while not commenting on either the men or the presence of explosives: The vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck, occupied by terrorists, filled with explosives.

for the conspiracy minded: at 8:40 or so in part 10 (just a few minutes after the alleged van/truck explosion) there is a message from a lieutenant who is with the mayor (?!) at King and 6th looking for the closest command post.

The indication is that the suspects ran away when the van was stopped and were then apprehended following some sort of struggle. It is then stated that the van has actually exploded.

there is no median strip on King Street. Furthermore, there is no 7th Ave south of Houston. 7th Ave turns into Varick at Houston. Any New Yorker knows this.

The FBI, the NYPD and the 9-11-2001 King Street Exploding Mural Truck - All Roads Lead to Nowhere

The best evidence for the existence of the truck (sometimes referred to as a "van") is an audio of the New York Police Department radio transmissions on that day, which were recorded by a ham radio operator. The operator is identified in the video below as WB6NYC who was at the time working as an emergency coordinator for the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) in New York City.
In the audio at 1:42, 1:54, and 2:32 mention is made of a "remote controlled plane filled with explosives" - the location is given as "King and 6th Avenue".
Several requests are then made to the officer reporting on the plane to "10-5 (repeat | My Note: or Relay?) the message about the plane". At 3:51 an officer states "Central, I got a message on that, uh, plane. It's a big truck with a mural painted of an airplane diving into New York City and exploding".
At 4:05 an officer makes a request for the Bomb Squad and the ESU (Emergency Service Unit) of the NYPD to go to King Street. ESU also functions as a SWAT unit.
Mention is made of an explosion at 5:03 and then again at 5:36. At 6:10 a request is made to contact the chief of OCCB, the Organized Crime Control Bureau.
The truck was also mentioned in the Mineta Transportation Institute Report (September 2003) and the mural in that report (page 28 in the .pdf file) is described as "a plane crashing into the World Trade Center".
"Mineta" refers to Norman Mineta, Secretary of Transportation under George W. Bush, appointed to the position in 2001. Norman Mineta is also mentioned several times in the official 9-11 Commission Report.
Critics have stated that there is no 6th or 7th Avenue next to King Street in Manhattan as heard on the audio. The King Street location was between Avenue of the Americas, which New Yorkers habitually refer to as 6th Avenue, and Varick Street, which feeds into 7th Avenue.
In a 9-16-2001 New York Times article titled After Shining Decade, City Dwellers Reassess Face of Their Reality by Adam Nagourney, mention is made in the 8th paragraph of the truck found on King Street in Soho
Contrast that with the audio above and then this excerpt from page 28 of the pdf file of the Mineta Transportation Institute Report, which gives a different story:

Urban Moving Systems, the Israeli Mossad front famous for the "Dancing Israelis" who celebrated the collapse of the WTC, is connected to a warehouse in Bayonne, NJ. This warehouse is a distribution point for Zoomcopters, a simple toy famous for being sold by Israelis from mall kiosks just prior to 9- 11.
Other goods sold by Israelis include but are not limited to: Dead Sea cosmetics, remote controlled planes and helicopters, and hair extensions. Did the King Street truck belong to Urban Moving?
If in fact "the vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck", then why did it explode, and why did the occupants run away just before the explosion?
File [a class action lawsuit] against the City of New York, the NYPD, Rudolph Guiliani and Bernard Kerik as defendants. The crime of aiding and abetting the cover-up of a terrorist act should be one of the charges.

On Friday September 9, 2011 the Star Ledger newspaper and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center invited three former members of the 9-11 Commission, John Lehman (left), Former Chairman Tom Kean (center) and John Farmer (right corner) to speak about their work on the commission and their feelings about the approaching ten year commemoration of the attacks.
After being rushed to get to my question, I asked the former 'investigators' why they did not hold anyone accountable in government for not acting on [various] information:

Sources said the van was stopped as it headed east on Route 3, between the Hackensack River bridge and the Sheraton hotel. As a precaution, police shut down Route 3 traffic in both directions after the stop and evacuated a small roadside motel near the Sheraton.
There are maps of the city in the car with certain places highlighted," the source said. "It looked like they're hooked in with this. It looked like they knew what was going to happen when they were at Liberty State Park.
It's also conceivable that there were two vans, in which case it could be argued that Kerik's denial of explosives referred to the second, at George Washington bridge

Some evidence even suggests that some of these vehicles actually exploded, and at least one was reported by mainstream media sourcing the FBI as having been parked at the base of one of the towers when it exploded and aided the collapse of the tower.
The first, and most mysterious, piece of evidence to highlight comes from an actual transmission from audio from Channel 30 NYC, one of the emergency communications channels, on the morning of September 11 which makes reference to the discovery of a van full of explosives and two suspects located between 6th and 7th on King Street, some blocks away from the World Trade Center.

The bizarre thing about the transmission is that the responder makes reference to a mural painted on the side of the van depicting a "remote controlled plane" diving into New York City. A full transcript follows the audio:

In a separate transcript first broadcast by NBC news, another mention is made of a white van with explosives and "terrorists" heading for the Holland Tunnel.
In addition to these Holland Tunnel reports, The Jerusalem Post and others also reported that a white van with a bomb was stopped as it approached the George Washington Bridge:
The George Washington Bridge is several miles north of the Holland Tunnel. It certainly becomes clear that the suspects detained at the GW Bridge were not the same suspects detained in King St. with the mural on their van.
It was reported by ABC, the New York Post and the New Jersey Bergen Record that police stopped a group of five men in a white van on a ramp near Route 3, which leads directly to the Lincoln Tunnel at around 4.30pm on 9/11.
Another often documented instance of suspicious individuals seen in a white van on 9/11 is that of the so called "Five Dancing Israelis". It was reported by the New York Times any many other outlets
Witnesses saw them jumping for joy in Liberty State Park after the initial impact. Later on, other witnesses saw them celebrating on a roof in Weehawken, and still more witnesses later saw them celebrating with high fives in a Jersey City parking lot.
Could these reports have all pertained to the same group of middle easterners or was there more than one group?
The Jewish weekly The Forward reported that the FBI finally concluded that at least two of the detained Israelis were agents working for the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency, and that Urban Moving Systems, the ostensible employer of the five Israelis, was a front operation. This was confirmed by two former CIA officers, and they noted that movers' vans are a common intelligence cover. The Israelis were held in custody for 71 days before being quietly released.

It also contains MSNBC's Pat Dawson stating that the chief of safety for the New York City Fire Department had told him that they believed a secondary device had exploded somewhere inside one of the buildings:
So not only do we have reports of explosive vans from all over New York on 9/11, news reports also strongly suggest that the authorities believed that vans packed with explosives were used in the actual attack on the World Trade Center.
Another widely circulated report picked up by multiple mainstream outlets on 9/11 was the announcement by senior law officials within the State Department in Washington that a car bomb had exploded outside the their building.
The news anchors in the following British Channel 5 clip also make mention of a car bomb at the State Department and the bombing of a shopping mall in Washington DC.
By the evening of September 11, following a "perimeter walk around our building," the State Department publicly stated that no such bombing had taken place.
Why were senior State Department officials telling the media that there had been a bombing without even conducting a basic appraisal of the building's perimeter? Can this all be put down to "confusion" or were some elements of the 9/11 script changed according to how events were unfolding on the day?

hmmmm .. And if all this is correct then it would suggest alot more too.
It could be taken with two angles.
ONE: Use of RC planes would of made for many more compelling witness but it does not fill in every blank,
TWO: It give the incident another broken bone to chase. A van with suspects apprehended under very suspicious circumstances and at a very turbulent time.
Then they are all let go?
The locals let that happen?
And they are not continueing to co-operate with the citizen investigation movement,......
