thanks for posting this! Heicklen has done a lot of good work & .the states anger shows he is effective. A year ago, another liberty activist was arrested for filming Heicklen's arrest. The videographer, a ron paul supporter, then sued DHS & won.

The government loons claim, "Not only can you not hand out JURY NULLIFICATION material, but if you do, we will arrest you. and we will arrest anyone documenting your arrest too." Lol! This proves that they are really afraid of this info getting out there.

I used to hand out jury nullification info in San Diego 20 years ago - they threatened to arrest us and ultimately they did. Those are private courts on private property.

The Constitution has no bearing on commercial courts.

Yes. They charged some with trespassing after threatening jury tampering ... and those charged paid minor fines. (I wasn't one that was arrested.)
