Title: Republican Jewish Coalition Bars Ron Paul From Debate: ‘He’s misguided and extreme’

On Wednesday, Dec. 7, the Republican Jewish Coalition will host a presidential-candidates forum featuring Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum. Not invited is the GOP candidate currently polling around third in New Hampshire and second in Iowa: Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas). The explanation:

Paul was not invited to attend the RJC’s candidates forum because the organization – as it has stated numerous times in the past – “rejects his misguided and extreme views,” said [RJC Executive Director Matt] Brooks.

“He’s just so far outside of the mainstream of the Republican party and this organization,” Brooks said. Inviting Paul to attend would be “like inviting Barack Obama to speak.”

Link via the Twitter feed of an approving Jamie Kirchick.

Brooks gave a more detailed critique of Ron Paul back in May:

“As Americans who are committed to a strong and vigorous foreign policy, we are deeply concerned about the prospective presidential campaign of Congressman Ron Paul. While Rep. Paul plans to run as a Republican, his views and past record place him far outside of the Republican mainstream. His candidacy, as we’ve seen in his past presidential campaigns, will appeal to a very narrow constituency in the U.S. electorate. Throughout his public service, Paul has espoused a dangerous isolationist vision for the U.S. and our role in the world. He has been a virulent and harsh critic of Israel during his tenure in Congress*. Most recently Paul gave an interview in which he voiced his objection to the recent killing of Osama Bin Laden.

Brooks added, “We certainly respect Congressman Paul’s right to run, but we strongly reject his misguided and extreme views, which are not representative of the Republican Party.”

Yup, he's the only conservative running.

Yet more evidence that RP is the only political option left for Americans. He currently is running near the top of the pack in Iowa, and in 2nd or 3rd in New Hampshire. If he can break out of those two states, in the top, 1, 2, 3 tier position, his message will echo loud and clear, and that will be the beginning of a true alternative political movement. Aside from an occasional Joe Stack, there are no other viable options for us to get behind.

EDIT: I hope this banning is heavily publicized. It should be worth an additional 3-4%

He’s currently carving out Perot-like numbers, this against everything the Establishment can throw at him. In fact, I‘d be willing to bet his numbers are higher than what is being reported. This is 3 to 4x the percentage he attracted in ‘08. Will he win the nomination? Las Vegas wouldn’t book his odds of winning. That said, his message is dead on, and as we further decay economically, I think his politics, delivered by others, will be our only chance for a return to a restoration of American traditions and values.

Translation:

1. He would bring the troops home and stop spending American kids lives for Israel's geopolitical goals.

2. He would cut off Israel's Welfare Check which helps prop up their unsound socialist economy.

3. Israel would no longer dictate American Foreign Policy.

Ya know, I don't think it matters that a bunch of hebes are conducting the debate.

If it's going to be broadcast over the AMERICAN TAXPAYERS AIR-WAVES he's entitled to be there. They may have a right to prevent him from participating on their property but once they use the public airwaves to broadcast the event I'm not certain they can legally do that.

If I were RP - I'd sue their asses off and try to get an injunction against the debate being broadcast at all.

By the way, I agree with everything you said above.

I think it actually helps RP that he was banned from their Jewfest. Kinda like a reverse Nazi book banning, if u will. The 89 seconds (give or take) of "debate time" he would have been given wouldn't have gotten him this type of GOOD Publicity.

I suspect you may be lurching into the right direction. There is a growing disaffection with Israel in this country even among Jews, and policies and actions which are established that are clearly intended with Israel, not the United States, as the beneficiary are getting noticed. As well Israel growing fascism and Stalinesque behavior is getting greater notice which is in turn feeding into the BDS movement to isolate the little racist, marxist-fascist, terror state. Like many criminals Israel has long gotten away with accusing others of the very crimes of which it is guilty, and that is also beginning to gain more notice.

Of course the major media is still controlled by Israel's lackeys so it is not yet as widespread as the merits of the true information would seem to dictate.

However, I do think that a time will soon come when kowtowing to Israel will become a campaign negative and not a positive. Pray that it be so soon.

Agree, and under the "politics makes strange bedfellows" category, the Progressives, and folks like us, are beginning to agree on the Israel matter. This isn't a testimony to political compromise, but rather a mutual reaction to the obscenity that is Israeli national policy.

Agreed. Although I have maintained for some time that there are core issues upon which the Progressive Left and Libertarian Right are in agreement - particularly civil liberties. And it is increasingly clear that AIPAC, ADL, and JINSA are some of the major forces behind ANTI-Constitutional ANTI-Civil Liberties Legislation. The reason for their push is that only by clamping down on civil protest and the right of free speech can they keep their lies alive. The truth is the truth and inevitably, unless suppressed, will destroy the lies because the truth is the actual "isness" of matters not the altered "isness" of the lies.

Take for example: "Israel wants peace." A lie and which can be shown to be a lie to anyone willing to look at Israel's actions and behavior rather than just listening to the soothing lies.

A lot of the polarization between left and right preventing them from getting together on core issues is a created conflict. On one hand you have disinformation and PsyOps voices such as Rush Pedophile, Sean Vacuity, Michael, Israel First, Deadved, Michael Savage-Weiner, and the "Progressive" Polarizers on the left who argue that all Republicans/Conservatives are created evil. This is a large scale PsyOp/Propaganda campaign that is intended to keep us fighting each other while the Third Party enslaves us all.

THIRD PARTY LAW: For there to be a conflict between two groups or individuals there must be a third party, unknown to both, creating the conflict.

Thus you get TV talking head berating and vilifying conservatives and the disembodied voices of Schlock Radio vilifying the left. While I generally disagree with the left on economic issues, not because I dislike them, because I think that they create economic hardship for more than they help nevertheless I am frequently in agreement on civil liberties issues.

When you begin analyzing the whole mix from a social control perspective you can see some of the created issues, homosexuality, abortion, taxation, etc., .... Invariably the media figures will seek to create conflict rather than common ground as controversy begets ratings, in their view, and because of the deeper game of creating wedge issues to drive people apart and into conflict.

This is one of the reasons the PTB has gotten so desperate to break up OWS. It is not because the protests are threatening their position but because, despite spin to the contrary, it was the social mixing of both left and right gathered together in a common cause. That is death to their PsyOps and social wedge issues.

Uh, not quite. It'd be more like inviting Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and perhaps even John F Kennedy to a debate featuring Adolf Hitler, Joe Stalin, and Vladimir Lenin, with a spruced up Nancy Pelosi tossed in for good measure. It's simply amazing that Americans would even consider the would be tyrants who are masquerading as republican presidential candidates such as Romney, Perry, Cain, and Bachman.

So a presidential candidate is promising to hand off the nations foreign policy to another nation.

Dwell on that for a moment.

If anyone had any doubts who is running the show in America, this should settle it. The Zionists leave no doubt. His "misguided and Extreme views" as they called them are exactly what this country needs and the exact opposite and the only way to stop the complete Zionist tyranny over this country and the rest of the world. Leaving Ron Paul out of their tyrannical debate(s) can and should be considered a blessing. Now it is up to Paul to use this to his advantage and I believe he will.
