Think back. Not too far though. I don't want to overload your brain circuitry. The Big Oil Spill. It was supposed to kill us all, after it wiped out all life in teh gulf. Somehow the Rothschilds were responsible in this latest ploy to destroy humanity. Then it was Corexit. That was supposed to kill us all too. Funny, I don't feel dead. Tell ya what. I'll try walking thru a wall to see if I am a disembodied spirit. Nope. I bumped my nose. Then it was Fukushima. That was REALLY supposed to kill us all too. There were even reports of radiation in my area, in the middle of the fucking USA. I still have a full head of hair that I still get occasional compliments on from the ladies. Then there is the latest fiasco. The "US citizens are going to Guantanamo!" idiocy. Funny how that story has dropped off the radar so quickly. Real Fucking Funny. Now, who here is the main one that promoted these things??? Who was it that tried to get people to panic in each of these situations? And who were the people that called bullshit on all of this? And the sources for these stories are still considered to be reliable sources. I can't help just shaking my head in disbelief that of all things, that is still happening.

Your post betrays not that we do not face some severe health hazards but your vast ignorance or duplicity on the subjects mentioned. Even a little cursory research by someone able to use a search engine betrays the ignorance and dishonesty of your post. Corexit is 4 to 7 times a greater hazard to health than raw crude oil. However, the millions of gallons of corexit pumped into the gulf simply hid the problem from view it did not alleviate it. We now have millions upon millions of gallons of raw crude combined with corexit as a thick toxic mucous like layer setting on the floor of the Gulf only awaiting a storm, or series of storms, to stir it up and drive the toxins inland as toxic rain poisoning crops and farmland. I could list another twenty or thirty telling links but I will not do your research for you. It is up to you to relieve your own abysmal ignorance. Fukushima presents another toxic concern and an equally long list of links. The short version is that we have been hit with multiple waves of toxic radiation which is cumulative in its effect. To say that you are somehow immune or that you are not being exposed to increased low level radiation is another statement born of ignorance or duplicity or both. The effects of increased low level exposure, without mitigation, will shorten the lifespans of millions of people and result in increased numbers of life destroying cancers. While the government is studiously avoiding publishing the exposure levels, and of which radioisotopes, citizen volunteers have been taking up some of the slack, but they do not have the laboratory facilities to determine precisely which radio nucleotides are arriving in what abundance. Some are more deadly than others. No, that wasn't suppose to kill everybody either, even in Japan. But to ignore a cancer causing agent released into the environment uncontrolled is not something that any nation or person should do. Many can and will die from this release of radiation for years to come, most of them in Japan, but some of them right here in the USA. Then it was Fukushima. i'm starting to think of human stupidity as a survival mechanism... it would work like this: theres something coming down the pike, something nasty, people can sense it, and a jillion different theories --no matter how loony-- spring up to explain what's happening. the different factions of believers all believe they've got the pure truth, and they cling to their version of the truth no matter how much evidence piles up against them. the survival comes in when you start counting up the huge number of factions... the odds are --out of such a huge number of possibilities-- somebody's gonna be right, and they'll survive. the dumb ones, the compliant ones, will die off... the faction ringleaders and hired guns might have stacked up enough loot to survive --their only real belief, right from the start, was in loot and/or power, and the successful looters will survive, too... something's got to account for their presence in the gene pool. i spent a big part of my life "trusting" people who'd give me advice that i knew was haywire, "trusted them" out of politeness. i was young enough, strong enough then --my theory went-- to deal with the consequences... and there was always the "benefit of the doubt" attitude... those assholes might be right. i'm not so polite anymore, and now the only person i trust is myself... but i got to admit that i've done things that have no place in my theory of how it all works, and i suspect there are things at work i dont know about. i'd like to think i'm finally in control of myself, but i've always been a fool, and it seems unlikely that i've changed much. we just don't know who to trust

but i think this is how it works... you do something, under what influence the gods only know, that puts you in a hole. if you're too fucking stupid to realize what a hole you're in, you can progress normally, according to your talents... maybe you'll eventually be CEO of exxon. but there's that handle sticking out of you, and maybe you'll give up on nuke power plants if somebody grabs that handle and starts prying. if you're smart enough to realize you're in a hole, you also realize you're vulnerable to manipulation, and you avoid situations where you can be exploited.

I am trying not to be gloom and doom but this spill is, even if were stopped today, catastrophic in its impact on the gulf. Another 30 to 90 days and it will include the lower Atlantic seaboard as it spreads out via the gulf stream. No, this is now the worst oil catastrophe in human history and it holds the potential to be the last.

animal life will adapt pretty quickly to the high radiation. Not only that, but probably our kids and grandkids will, too. So a more advanced, radiation resistant strain of human will likely develop. But that is not just here; it's everywhere. The opposition to the "elites" is so lame that for all intents and purposes it doesn't even exist.
