Excellent answers.....I enjoyed listening to others giving RP accolades. Vast improvement over the 2008 mockery and assholiness of other candidates on the stage with Dr. Paul and even the moderators. ABC moderators were very respectful.

No conservative can fail to see that RP's positions have been far-sighted and reality based, especially given the events of the last decade or so.
Talking to conservatives you will find they like everything about him but his perceived stance in Israel. they have bought into the whole war on terror they hate us for our freedom spiel.

Exactly. I talked to a gentleman in a bar recently. He brought up how we can't let Iran get a nuke. He seemed to think they would launch on Israel. I said they weren't that stupid. Israel has nukes. It is much like us and the USSR, to launch would mean mutual destruction. They aren't that stupid.
