It's not the Constitution that's not working. The problem is that it's being attacked by foreign system(s) invaders who don't want it applied to them.

Bullshit. Whether it's being usurped or simply ignored the one thing that cannot be denied is that it's NOT working ! The Constitution when "working" chains down the government - the current cabal operating in the name of the United States openly defy it and us. The Constitution when working acts as a restraining order against government encroachments - the current regime can hardly be considered restrained in any manner. They have openly stated and placed into law with congressional approval legislation legalizing the indefinite detention and even MURDER of Americans. If this is the Constitution working you can keep it because it truly is just a piece of paper.
