Bullshit. Whether it's being usurped or simply ignored the one thing that cannot be denied is that it's NOT working ! The Constitution when "working" chains down the government - the current cabal operating in the name of the United States openly defy it and us. The Constitution when working acts as a restraining order against government encroachments - the current regime can hardly be considered restrained in any manner. They have openly stated and placed into law with congressional approval legislation legalizing the indefinite detention and even MURDER of Americans. The Constitution when working acts as a restraining order against government encroachments - the current regime can hardly be considered restrained in any manner. The Constitution is meant to work for We the People allied to it. The encroachments being made are from a regime enimically opposed to our government that is the Constitution. A well armed and stubborn militia. EDIT: We need to speak honestly and quit claiming bullshit. The Constitution is currently not in use. We are under an undisclosed MARTIAL LAW. We should use whatever force necessary to re-establish adherence to the Constitution. We MUST quit with this apathetic bullshit and put some teeth in our demands and efforts to re-establish the rule of law.
