It's not that hard, but apparently too difficult for the average American to be able to grasp anyway:

IF mother = citizen AND father = citizen THEN child = natural born citizen

IF mother = citizen AND father = non-citizen THEN child = citizen

IF mother = non-citizen AND father = citizen THEN child = citizen

You may want to explain away Chester A. Arthur, whose mother was American but whose father was a British subject.

If the United States were operated by Constitutional Law you'd be correct. It's not, it's obvious, and no correction can take place until the American people recognize the problem is of a commercial nature that they have volunteered to participate in.

Not really. American law has to adhere to the Constitution to be valid. Mangling Constitutionality by "consensus" doesn't count as legitimate law. That's called the color of law and/or martial law by foreign system(s) invasion forces.

Arthur wasn't a legitimate President -- not even a legitimate acting President as a stand-in for Garfield. Odd, though, how his family was from the area of Dunham, Canada...and Obama's maternal-familial name is likewise Dunham, wouldn't you agree?
