(s)Elections See other (s)Elections Articles Title: Should Voter Fraud Be Considered An Act of High Treason? [My note: Yes.] We are definitely in a battle for the soul of this nation and for Texas. It is hard to win and gain any lost ground when the criminal establishment through the paid off politicians were able to secure their power being well entrenched over time with rigged elections. This high crime should not be a felony with a little jail time. It should not be a misdemeanor. We see too many times people who are found guilty of voter fraud get an insignificant punishment just being a slap on the wrist . The system does not take the high crime of vote fraud serious. The system's lack of serious enforcement of being a deterrent is because the real culprits are protected by political hacks.. As a result, stealing an election is a crime worth being a repeat offense with light sentences if convicted. In most of these instances,These cases are settled with plea bargains ,so the case never makes it to trial. If there was a public trial conducted. People who would be called in as witnesses. The jury would find this vote scam goes all the way to the top. If the truth ever came out. There would be a public outrage.Our elections are a very sacred democratic institution. The voting system has been under attack by corrupt people in government for decades now.We have no choice now,this has to be exposed and dealt with or we lose our republic . This system of voter fraud and biased election laws that shut out third party candidates from one direction favoring only two political parties in the other. This has caused a major problem in our country. Our economy is in shambles. Our liberties have been eroded. We are involved in undeclared wars for the Bankers, the Military industrial Complex and Israel. All these action are publicly opposed by the people. We have to wonder how our representatives just ignore the will of the people. It is because the political machine is in place to steal an election. Chicago is the model city on how to steal an election. The windy city has been the butt of every joke on rigging the vote. Can we see the fix is in? To me, voter fraud is an act of treason. Why do I say? It is because the system is cheating by stuffing the ballot box. Rigging the machine counter of the electronic voting machines to favor a candidate over the other makes it hard to regain the integrity in our elections. When the election is stolen. The people from the top down are giving aid and comfort to criminal activity and our sworn enemies . In addition, they are overthrowing the will of the people by fraud and deception. This system has benefited those in power and the people get cheated every time. What do we get in return? A police State. War machine and political machines hell bent on power. The wicked tyrant Joseph Stalin said it best” It is not who cast the vote that counts, it is who counts the vote". The enemies and traitors have highjacked our nation taking it down the wrong direction committing the first act of treason rigging the elections. Voter fraud undermines our republican form of government by overthrowing the will of the people by cheating. Would you call that giving aid and comfort? It is a high crime of treason. This election in 2012 has to be the turning point for us. We have to be looking over these people’s shoulder like a hawk be watching every step of the way Diebold or not. Have affidavits ready for those who are willing to state their vote was stolen and become a notary if necessary. This is the year we must counter voter fraud as if our survival depends on it. We need to bring honest elections back in the hands of the people and not government. This proves they cannot be trusted when they steal elections. If we keep allowing the system to do defy the will of the people on whom they really want in office. Ron Paul does not stand a chance if we allow them to keep stealing the votes. Finally, people stealing elections should not be charged with a felony. They need to be charged with the capital crime of high treason as a traitor. Voter fraud is treason no matter how we slice it. The Constitution defines treason, and this doesn't come within the definition. I am not sure what constitutes "high" treason, but I don't think American law has categorized treason that way.

Article III, Section 3 - Treason Note Voter fraud/Election rigging -- including media malfeasance that amounts to our lines of communication being attacked and propagandized by agents hostile to our Constitution -- is an overt enemy act to overthrow our rightful form of government. Keep in mind too that D.C. has recently declared America to be a battlefield. Then there's all the numerous and long ongoing Wars on Concepts being levied either against us here or ostensibly for us: Cold War, the Sequel. The Information War. The War on Terra...uh, Terrorism. The War on Drugs. The War on Poverty. The War to Dismantle the Constitution and our Republic. Many a category, as you can see, to define Treasonous Election Theft Offenses as actions of War in these times of turmoil.
