.... although I have no direct information about her regimen, it is widely rumored that she uses hormones and steroids to help her bulk up. I am not quite sure what her original goal was, but evidently being sexually attractive was not part of it.

Her name is Maria Calo and, yes, she really is a she. (There are some nude photos of her on the internet, although I could hardly call them stimulating.)
