I cant vouch for the accuracy, because I'm not a big restaurant eater, but the few that I've tried were pretty good.

Interesting list you have there, PSUSA2.

I enjoy cooking but not for other people.

Since I prefer fish in my diet I like cooking salmon along with vegetables/ w/ diced chicken/routini noodles all stirfried with sesame seed or olive oil and mixed with garlic sauce. The vegetable choice I use are carrots mixed with squash or brocolli and cauliflower.

I lay the salmon in a pre-foiled baking pan and fill it with 1/2 cup of water, tbsp of butter. I set the temp at 320 degrees and let bake for about 20 minutes. Then, I proceed to season it with soul seasoning, a pinch of grated sea salt, and then lightly sprinkle with curry, cumin, turmeric, ginger, taragon and parsley. I place it in the oven to bake again for 10 minutes. Then, I check it and baste the salmon with the juices, and add 1/2 cup of sherry wine. I cook it for 15 minutes more. The key is to make certain the salmon is constantly basted with the juices to prevent it from becoming dry.

Serve with a chilled white wine or ginger ale.
