I know I'm probably grasping at a thin thread of hope, but if RP doesn't get the GOP nomination, the last two campaigns set up Rand Paul in a sweet position for a run in 2016. This campaign is giving him a lot of exposure, and he is a much better orator than his father in interviews and debates.
If the country survives another non-rp presidency, we might well get a Rand Paul presidency in 4 years.
That's the very thin thread that I am hopelessly grasping. :)
I'm with you both on this one, we may not have four years, in fact if Ron Paul does win, he may very well get blamed, scapegoated, if the economy crashes by natural means or manipulation, which could be the worst thing for the freedom movement. My crystal ball says perhaps Ron will win, and Rand can take over in 2016 with Ron's endorsement. That would be sweet.
I am praying to God to see us through this, and working feverishly to survive it, which ever direction the 'turning' takes.
