Perhaps they are waiting for Wolf Blitzer or Bill OReilly to make the announcement, You are no longer a citizen of the United States. We are totally erasing the concept of citizenship and nations. You are a consumer and a human resource of the United Nations. We are going to tell you where to live, what you can do for a living and when you must die because you are no longer producing value greater than the resources you are consuming. The United Nations agenda (aka globalization) is being implemented everywhere without specific reference to the United Nations. It is being implemented sub rosa. The most obvious example is the UN agenda for sustainable development. Public-private partnerships mask the fact that it is the UN Agenda 21 by using different names such as smart growth. This is a deliberate deception to prevent the average person from making the connection with the United Nations. The same is true of the International Baccalaureate Schools. They are part of the United Nations International Schools (UNIS) but one has to dig for specific references that connect the two. Direct references are well hidden, but if one looks at the UNESCO website, the curriculum and goals of the IB schools, its obvious. The only people who would deny it are those who are playing a game of invincible ignorance - purposeful denial of the obvious. This method of using public-private partnerships (aka non-governmental organizations (NGOs)) began in earnest during the Clinton-Gore administration. Bill Clintons description of the reinvention of government was straight out of the political strategists marketing handbook: The era of big government is over, but the era of big challenges is not. People want smaller government, but they also want active and effective national leadership. They want government that provides them with the means and opportunities to meet their responsibilities and solve their own problems. [i] Bill Clinton Jim Fuller, contributing editor of the USIA Electronic Journal, made the following statement regarding Clintons message: With these words, President Bill Clinton, in his foreword to the Blair House Papers, proposed a new public management model for the federal government, one based on forging new partnerships with state and local governments. The Blair House Papers, prepared in January 1997 by Vice President Gore and the National Performance Review staff, have emerged as a centerpiece of the new Clinton administrations effort to reinvent government and foster partnerships and community solutions to solve problems.[ii] What was being described was a new form of government through a new form of federalism. It was the privatization of government through public-private partnerships comprised of unelected boards, councils and commissions funded by government, corporate and foundation grants. This structure gives federal officials plausible deniability on the agenda. All they have to do is to mandate the boards, give the general guidelines and provide some of the money. The public-private partnerships are a cannabalizing force to diminish and defeat local authority by local elected officials. They were a way to implement an agenda that the public would never tolerate if presented to them in an honest, open and direct way. The agenda is globalization which is actually global governance - meaning the destruction of nation-states, removal of borders and barriers, regionalization, elimination of the concept of citizenship, cross-border standardization for interchangability of human resources, elimination of private property rights through environmental protection, central planning and central control of our economy and resources to provide a global equal distribution of the wealth. In other words, the purpose of the new federalism is to implement global communism. Thats the reason for the deception.
