All of this reminds me so much of the public debates over the Vietnam war that it isn't funny. The same (generally "conservative") apologist tactics versus the (generally "liberal") anti-war arguments. Meanwhile the war grinds on to its inevitable anti-climactic finish shepherded on by forces and cliques immune to debate, logic, criticism or reasonable examination. Our words, whatever they may be, have no bearing on whether or not Americans march off to war.

It would not surprise me, but fails to scare me in the least. (I realize you probably meant that as tongue and cheek, but it brings to mind) None of this NSA, CIA, Mossad and demon controlled realm scares me personally. I am 47, have had a pretty good life and know that we all have to shuck this "earth suit" eventually. If there is a time delay then we may not have heard all of what the caller said after he mentioned Keith Olbermann's name. I doubt even someone as abrasive and dumb as O-lie-ly would make that vague threat with his co-host agreeing just because a caller mentioned the name of Keith Olbermann.
