My impression is that it's fake.

Who looks up to see this? Especially when there are clouds blocking their view. If it was a clear day, then the movement may have caught someones attention.

Were there other sightings at the time?

Did you watch both videos? There were obviously two different viewpoints, and more than a few people who witnessed it.

There are more videos from that day...

The following vid is a bit questionable as far as the audio track, but it was uploaded several days after the other videos, and appears to show the same event. This one is taken from the M11 highway leading towards London allegedly.
