BOSTON VICTIMS’ SUMMIT BOMBS

January 9, 2012 by

Over the weekend, lawyers, columnists, reporters, psychiatrists, and activists attended the “10th Anniversary Celebration & Conference” in Boston; it marked the 10th anniversary of media reports on the Boston clergy sexual abuse scandal.

Commenting on the outcome is Catholic League president Bill Donohue:

A whopping 75 people turned out for the conference, 25 of whom were the speakers. How embarrassing. It’s clear that the professional victims’ lobby is spent. Everyone else has moved on, but those who have an ideological, emotional or financial interest in continuing this saga cannot let go. What a pitiful bunch of malcontents.

This a good sign. Catholics are talking about the announcement that Archbishop Timothy Dolan and Archbishop Edwin O’Brien will become Cardinal Dolan and Cardinal O’Brien next month—they’re not interested in wallowing in negativity.

Poster Comment:

IOW, kiddies should just bend over and take it.

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to be a catholic. Then I could go hog wild, raping and pillaging like I was the fucking Pope, and do it to my black hearts content. Then I could just tell the jury that "Everyone else has moved on, but those who have an ideological, emotional or financial interest in continuing this saga cannot let go." ... "they’re not interested in wallowing in negativity." But I wouldn't do that. Satanists are more moral than christians. How's that for irony. (1 image)

Do you think a lot of the elites are Satanists or are they University of Texas fans?

Depends on how the sign is used, the exact way it is done, and if it was intentional or not. There are pics taken from film and video out there where evidently people went thru, frame by frame, to find their target using this gesture.

If the elites were all satanists, we wouldn't be in the mess we are in now. Look where this "christian morality" has gotten us. But there may be some Satanists in the upper echelons. I hope there are, but there probably aren't many. In order to make it to the top, you need to be a conformist. Free thinkers are not welcome up there, and satanists (in general) are free thinkers.

Somebody ought to tell the truth about the Bible. The preachers dare not, because they would be driven from their pulpits. Professors in colleges dare not, because they would lose their salaries. Politicians dare not. They would be defeated. Editors dare not. They would lose subscribers. Merchants dare not, because they might lose customers. But if you want to discuss whether or not these people are christians, like you asked me, do feel free to start another thread. Let's play the Scripture Game and find out. I'm more than willing to use the "holy" bible to prove my case. You see, I've actually read it. Doing that is what helped me GTFO of that sewer.

Yes, they are WHINERS. Don't they know that homosexuality/pederasty/pedophilia are natural, normal and healthy?

Add mass murder, rape, and torture to that.

It's all IN THE BIBLE people!!11!!!1 lol. (hey, laughing beats the fuck out of screaming in frustration at the sheer stupidity of people that claim to be truthseekers but do everything but. There isn't a hint of progress.) This is what happens when people let others do their thinking for them. I was that way too at one time.

"Onward christian/jew/muslim soldiers, marching as to war, with the cross of jesus, marching on before". War is so much fun and spiritually uplifting. Everyone should do it.

But it's Satan's fault. Dumbasses absolutely refuse to read the bible that they thump at every opportunity and proclaim from the rooftops as the Mighty Word of GAWD, and people wonder why the world is as fucked up as it is.

What's a little child rape when they have stretched people on the rack and/or burned them alive?

That to, it's basically the same as a good hug or a handshake. Some people get upset about relatively benign actions/acts.

About the old testament Robert Ingersoll is correct on a lot of points. It is almost equivalent to vu du in a lot of respects. What God would want people to kill animals for him... come on, I think that is patently ridiculous. And when God supposedly told Saul to kill all the women and children also. That's just crazy and makes very little sense. Now I know that the "thumpers" have twisted reasons for all of this, but they are just that.. "twisted" and really don't follow any rational flow of logic.

My own personal belief is that Jesus wasn't too happy with much of what was told in the old testament..... remember when he talked about "traditions of men" that many of the people followed. Guess where many of these "traditions of men" came from??? Yes, the old testament. So what was he really saying? I think I know. He was here to straighten us out and he really offended the strict "old testament" loons.. the Jews, yes that's why they killed him.

Just look at what he did, he healed people, fed people, forgave people, told us to love each other... trust me, he is the real deal and he tried to tell us the truth. No demon or "evil doer" would let mortal men nail him to a cross and torture him.

So discounting Jesus because of the old testament or the actions of people/churches/government in his name is foolish and does not follow proper logic IMHO.

Assuming he was real, and I am assuming a lot here, then he didn't teach people how to do these things, assuming that his miracles were real and faithfully recorded. What good does it do to heal people and not teach others how to do that? No good at all.

So discounting Jesus because of the old testament or the actions of people/churches/government in his name is foolish and does not follow proper logic IMHO.

None of it follows proper logic. It is because it is so illogical that there are countless denominations.

Here are a few scriptures that don't get much airplay. The OT and NT 'god' are the same 'god'.

Malachi 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Matthew 5:29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Forgiveness? Give me a fucking break.

There are countless other examples.

It's all evil. All of it. It's evil because people ignore it, and it is central to how people are controlled by this religion and goes far in explaining why this world, particularly the US, is so screwed up. This is a christian nation, all right. Not something to be proud of.

Remember that vid you posted yesterday? Who was telling the truth in that vid, and who was lying? Were the rabbis faithful in relaying exactly what was in their torah, or was the other jew right in saying it wasn't so?

Christians are the same way. The nice ones are not christians. They call themselves christians but they aren't. Same with the jews in that vid that you posted. There are the true jews, and the nice (but lying) jews that want to whitewash what their own scriptures say.

I did the same thing. I don't fault them for that. What I fault them for is in them thinking that They Have Arrived. They Know All. They know nothing.

But to really try to understand this, truly understand it when it is so illogical, and the programming breaks down. That's my opinion on the matter.

So pedo priests, criminal banking, and general corruption, and crimes of all kinds are not surprising in the least.

I understand, you are dogmatic in your beliefs so there is no real reason to discuss it further.

We had a prophet who came to tell us how to live and he was killed. There were far too many witnesses that wrote about it including the Pharisees and they hated him, but they still told us about him.

I really don't think we need to "assume" anything, he was here and many people missed an opportunity to learn how to make the most out of this experience we all share, existence.

If that is the way you want to live, that is your right.

To me, being human, with human failings and weaknesses, is no sin, much less a reason to throw someone into eternal torture in hell.

I gave good scriptural reasons why I say what I said.
