Huber discusses Glyphosate (Roundup used with GMO crops) herbicide contamination of soils (permanent) causes the plants to not take up minerals from the soil, resulting in mineral deficient food. Even the drift from application, at 1/2 ounce per acre causes the crops to not take up minerals from the soil. (about 14 minutes into interview)
