Of course they are rigged. Oregon, where I live, is one of the worst. With the passage of "Vote by Mailfraud" - voters dutifully mail in their ballots which are then counted "in the back room" away from any public scrutiny. In fact people who have tried to get in and watch have been threatened with arrest for doing so. Once that bill was passed the fix was permanently in.
