I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed. How does the mainstream media spin this? The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia! The lead message seems to be wishful thinking on the part of birthers. The judge is not likely to issue any ruling against the President simply because it is well established that the President is not personally hauled into court whenever some tinfoil helmet names him as a defendant. Whether the judge will issue ANYTHING adverse to the President is very unlikely.
Maybe you should read it again. It says the judge ordered a DEFAULT judgement against Obummer. Get it? DEFAULT judgement. ;)
If you bother to read the real news sources, such as the Atlanta Constitution website, the judge has NOT issued a default judgment, nor is he likely to.
If you bother to read the real, REAL news sources, such as the Atlanta Jewish Times, the real judges behind the curtain have all but announced the planned assassination of Obama, and either way he's done! Atlanta Jewish Times: "Israel Should Consider Assassinating Obama"
Then I wonder what you're spinning your wheels for. The real Constitutional issue here is the Full Faith and Credit clause (Art. IV, sec. 1). The State of Hawaii has unambiguously certified that Barack Obama was born there in August 1961. Any contrary finding clashes with the Full Faith and Credit clause.
That Birth Certificate is plainly doctored (No pun intended.). ;)
