Our mission is to achieve a new and truly independent investigation of the 9/11 terrorist attacks through international partnership.

Canada and the United States have a long history of partnerships in times of war and peace. Canada has its own origin and history which give unique strength to our politics and national identity. Through the new partnership 9/11 Justice Canada, we will share our strength and resources to assist our American partners with their important goal regarding scientific evidence of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Equally, Canadians will finally be able to understand and grapple with what happened on September 11th and how 24 of its citizens were killed. Concerned citizens and all political parties will benefit greatly from the enormous body of scientific research organized by a group supported by over 1600 professional architects & engineers who are calling for a new investigation into what exactly happened at the World Trade Center on 9/11.

9/11 Justice Canada

Still, now years after 9/11, what happen that day is of crucial importance to Canadians. Twenty four of our fellow countrymen were killed in the Twin Towers. But the evidence clearly indicates the airplanes and were not sufficient to destroy the towers in the manner we witnessed. The evidence is that our countrymen were killed with foreknowledge and premeditation.

We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story to justify re-opening the 9/11 investigation. The new investigation must include a full public inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7. We will use the laws of Canada and existing government resources to create and manage our investigation. The goal is to produce an independent and public investigation regarding the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (Our Technical Partner)

Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth) is a non-profit United States corporation. They are a non-partisan association of architects, engineers and affiliates dedicated to exposing the falsehoods and to revealing truths about the “collapses” of the 3 World Trade Center high-rises on September 11, 2001.

AE911Truth is devoted to:

■ Dispelling misinformation with scientific facts and forensic evidence

■ Educating and motivating thousands of architects and engineers and the public at large

■ Procuring a truly independent 9/11 investigation with subpoena power

■ Achieving 9/11 Truth mainstream media coverage

2012: A Public Canadian Investigation Commences

9/11 Justice Canada is a driver for a new and independent 9/11 investigation. This is because Canadians have the ability to use tools such as ATIP (Access To Information and Privacy) and the parliamentary petition process. The Canadian political system can be accessed by the public if these tools are organized around the goal of investigating 9/11. This process may well be used for investigating 9/11 and other violations of the public trust, which necessarily have to be managed by the public.

Our First Step Completed

On November 11, 2011 the petition asking for a parliamentary review of the 9/11 terrorist attacks was sent to the Government of Canada. We expect the petition will be read in parliament on or soon after January 30th, 2012.

We, the undersigned citizens of Canada

who now avail themselves of their ancient and undoubted right thus to present a grievance common to your Petitioners in the certain assurance that your honourable House will therefor provide a remedy, humbly sheweth our belief that there is sufficient doubt about the omissions and inconsistencies in the official United States of America 9/11 Commission Report to show that 9/11 was an act of state sponsored terrorism. Foremost, the official United States of America 9/11 Commission Report omits new forensic evidence of the use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and the collapse of the third World Trade Center Building 7. And, as a result, Canada now being a partner with the United States of America in the Global War of Terror, therefore has a responsibility to verify the findings of the United States of America 9/11 Commission Report before committing our military and other resources to the conflict.

THEREFORE,

Your Petitioners pray for the Government of Canada to conduct a

PARLIAMENTARY REVIEW

of the omissions and inconsistencies in the official United States of America 9/11 Commission Report and of the new forensic evidence listed below. Your petitioners pray that the Government of Canada hear our policy recommendation to protect Canadians against future acts of state sponsored terrorism.

The new forensic evidence includes, but is not limited to:

•Total destruction of buildings with pulverization of concrete floors – proceeding symmetrically through the path of the greatest resistance – at nearly free-fall acceleration;
•Several tons of molten iron/steel found in the debris piles of all 3 high-rises and billions of previously molten iron microspheres in all of the WTC dust;
•Nano-thermite composite incendiaries discovered throughout the WTC dust.
•DVD Material entitled: “9/11: Blueprint for Truth” by AE911Truth.org
•The peer-reviewed paper Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe, by Niels H. Harrit, et al. posted at the Bentham Open Chemical Physics Journal.

Your Petitioners pray for the Government of Canada to conduct a parliamentary review using advice from citizens groups and expert witnesses in the field of 9/11 studies in order to protect Canadians against future acts of state sponsored terrorism and ensure that our military resources are spent properly.

Why this Matters

The petition’s message is that we want Canada to review the evidence we presented (the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth evidence) and take steps to protect itself against what appears to be state terrorism. This is a broad way of saying that Canada was lied to and mislead into invading another country. As such, the people of Canada want this investigated. Further, it is clear to the majority of Canadians that their sovereignty, legal system, military, and privacy rights are all affected by 9/11. This gives all Canadians a reason to care about 9/11 as a current issue.

Our Process

The Canadian investigation process is a cyclical method which utilizes existing institutions of the Canadian government to expose facts to the public. These utilize processes such as the parliamentary petition and the ATIP (Access To Information and Privacy) request to force government officials to go on the record. Information can be gathered using this process and it bypasses the need for a subpoena for obtaining key records. This process can be made to work in parallel with the US Freedom of Information Act and a more complete case of legal quality evidence can be effectively produced.

*We are aware that secrecy laws may be used to prevent disclosure from time to time. This may in fact be only to protect government officials from embarrassment. There are remedies for this in the Canadian legal system. Further, through the use of information correlation we believe that legal quality findings can still be developed.

An important feature of the above process is that it is driven by information requests made by the public. It is therefore a publicly controlled investigation and less likely to be subject to influence by government officials.

As part of our long-term vision, we know that facing the truth about 9/11 will be a difficult and painful step for the media establishment and entire nations including the United States. Our vision includes a partnership with the United States which is based on truth, justice and global peace. 911 Justice Canada will be there every step of the way and looks forward to taking these brave steps, side by side with the people and government of the United States.

Canada has a different legal system and political landscape than the United States. Working with our American partners, we believe we can use the tools available to us to achieve an effective 9/11 investigation.
