Title: Constitutional Sheriffs to Meet in Las Vagas to Discuss Standing Against Federal Tyranny

For a long time until about 10 years ago. The FBI had to ask the county Sheriffs permission before they can come into the county. When the siege on the Branch Davidian community came under attack by Federal Forces. The county Sheriff after the fact died with regret not intervening on the behalf of the Branch Davidians when he had the legal authority to stop the ATF and the FBI from killing the followers of David Koresh. What happened in Waco Texas could have been stopped if the county Sheriff interposed himself between the religious community and the Federal goverment.

Since 1988, we have seen the Federal goverment become more brazen attacking the American people through agencies like the ATF and the FBI. The siege at Ruby Ridge and the Branch Davidian community was a wake up call on how the Federal goverment was becoming more tyrannical over the people. The people tried in 1994 with the Republican revolution hoping the stand in the gap between Bill Clinton abusing his power in the office and the people. That was a disappointment because nothing has changed. In 2010, the tea party movement elected a majority o republicans again to stand in the gap between Obama's power grabs. Nothing has changed and all congress did was give him more power to arrest American citizens without due process. The tea Party republicans have been a major disappointment. So what is the remedy the people have left?

Sheriff Richard Mack who is a former Sheriff in Arizona in a landmark Supreme Court Decision Prinz, Mack vs Brady Bill that was a victory of state rights defeating the Clinton Administration's anti gun agenda that restored State's rights and the affirmed the power of the county Sheriff. In the ruling Justice Scalia affirmed the President of the United States cannot tel the county sheriff what to do. With the passage of the NDAA and new regulations to make all American criminal on the Federal level with everyday mundane thing we do everyday. So who can stop this Federal abuse of power on the people?

Peace Officers Uniting to End State and Federal Tyranny. Las Vegas, NV, Jan 29-31, 2012 - 200 Sheriffs from across the country will be brought together in a convention to reveal to them the powers and rights of their constitutional duties and oaths of office. Many high profile people will be there discussing.

Bill of Rights Training from Michael Badnarik Presentation on the Second Amendment from Larry Pratt Presentation on the Tenth Amendment and state sovereignty Presentation on the threat of Agenda 21 to state sovereignty Presentation on Continental Congress 2009’s Articles of Freedom County Sheriff Success Stories on Enforcing the Bill of Rights Presentation on formation of a Sheriff’s Posse Joint Declaration notifying specific federal agencies about specific violations that county sheriffs will no longer tolerate in their counties.

This conference might have a ripple effect nationwide where the county sheriffs start standing up against Federal tyranny. Surrounding counties might catch on and follow suit emulating the sheriff who is standing up to the Federal goverment. The county Sheriff is not a political subdivision subordinate to carry out corrupt edicts of the President. The Sheriff is elected by the people accountable to them only. He does not answer to the President, nor the governor. He is accountable only to the voters.

Every time the County Sheriff stood up to the Federal goverment. The bureaucrats backed down knowing they have no legal authority to come into the county under the color of law to tyrannize the people. How we will take back our republic is from the ground up and not from the top down. Yes, lets get Ron Paul elected. We also have to start from our local and state goverment starting with the county sheriff. If we can carry a good majority of local governments and county sheriffs saying no to Federal tyranny. We will get our freedom back and our republic restored.

any resistance group is likely to have some spooks in it. This is well documented fact & common sense.More to the point though, a FREEDOM4UM by definition means people can post whatever opinion they want.Thats what freedom means. Hopefully decorum remains

The problem truly is commercial in nature and not so much political.

Circumvention of the Constitution is directly related to the "funny money" system. These sheriffs, if they are the recipients of federal (reserve bank) funding have forfeited their organic authority for 30 pieces of silver. We are all guilty of this fraud to some degree through credit arrangements ultimately controlled by the FEDERAL RESERVE - that answers to no one.

Ending the FED will put a major impediment in the globalists agenda.

John Stadtmiller has spent 20 years working in the ditches of this so called Patriot Movement. During that time, how many people have claimed that he has reported their phone numbers or IPs to his "federal masters"? None that I can think of, which pretty much blows away that charge. His past history is a predictor of his integrity IMO.

Since it's a given that federal informers pretty much infiltrate most groups and movements, I wouldn't be shocked if a scattering were present at this gathering. I assume that when I go to these meetings (which is very rare), and I could care less. My thought is maybe they'll learn something by attending, and if they don't, let them bring back the Freedom Message back to their lairs.

Well said ... Stadtmiller has a fine record as far as I know and there are surely easier ways to make a better living without confronting the FED and the Zionazis ! Stadtmiller is another person that lives near Austin and is visible to many that post here.

No one should take any LEO at their word. They have not earned this trust and I will not be browbeat into giving it to them.

I won't trust any sheriff's until I see one rescue a U.S. citizen from the clutches of a wrongful detention/arrest by the TSA at an airport or telling a citizen to defy the BATFE and guaranteeing their continued safety into the future. Talk is cheap, action will mean a sheriff putting his own ass on the line for freedom from FedGov tyranny for his constituents.

Several years ago there was a well known and radio personality who had a show along the lines of Alex Jones, etc. I can't remember his name but from my understanding he had a pretty big name within the patriot movement. In order to try and keep himself out of jail he admitted that he was on the government payroll. To my knowledge no one has claimed damage from his activities either.

Since it's a given that federal informers pretty much infiltrate most groups and movements, I wouldn't be shocked if a scattering were present at this gathering. I assume that when I go to these meetings (which is very rare), and I could care less.

Nor should you care. You have every right to go and fuck them if they don't like it. My original post was in no way meant to say people shouldn't go. I was merely expressing my cynicism and distrust. Hell, I'm on the no-fly list and all I've ever done is post on political forums. As much money as the federal government is spending spying us I would assume that everyone attending is already on someone's list.

My thought is maybe they'll learn something by attending, and if they don't, let them bring back the Freedom Message back to their lairs.

You make a good point. There might be one or two that leave with a nagging feeling in the back of their minds, but overall, being the glass half empty guy I am, I believe that most of them are like the LEO prick Grand Island on LP.

You make a great point. As I stated to JT, my original post was in no way meant to say people shouldn't go. I was merely expressing my cynicism and distrust of the idea in general.

For years and years I've been reading about LEO abuses. It's to the point that if you go looking for them you can find multiple, major abuses every single day. So it is hard for me to accept the idea that there are LEO's who think like me.

If that makes my outlook unfair towards those LEO's who believe in small government, then what can I say, life's not fair. It wasn't fair for that 11 year old kid in California to be murdered by the LEO at his birthday party while lying face down on the floor with his hands behind his head. It wasn't fair for the DEA to murder that 14 year old girl when while her uncle was teaching her to drive a car. The list of unfairness in regards to the actions of LEO's against innocent, not so innocent, and even out right guilty, American citizen's is a mile long. I wonder how many of those sheriff's are pro-WOD's. The sheriff of Greene county Missouri is a Republican who claims to be a small government conservative but he's a staunch drug warrior who's hand is always out for federal funds for any number of reasons.

He's written some good articles for sure.

I don't live anywhere near his district but I wish him luck in defeating that POS Lamar Smith.

This could still be a government op even with his support. If he's the real deal, and unlike others, I have no reason to believe he's not, he would be the last person to know there are undercover feds in his organization.

Of course it's going to be a lot harder to manipulate a group of sheriff's into saying or doing something illegal than it would be for them to manipulate your average angry militia member, KKK member, or Muslim.

I'm unsure. He rose a big stink a couple of years ago with the sheriff of Greene county after that POS big government Republican Billy Long was elected to replace that POS big government Republican Roy Blunt, who moved his criminal organization to the US Senate. A local blogger who lives in Douglas county was saying things on his blog that Long didn't like so he got the sheriff of Greene county along with some other people (whom I can't remember) to try and intimidate the blogger. It blew up in their face and became a pretty big fiasco around here because the Greene Country sheriff had no jurisdiction and the Douglas country sheriff knew nothing about it. As usual though, nothing came of it.

The people of SW Missouri for the most part are big government Republicans. In other words, 21st century conservatives. They are pro-WOD, pro-WOT, and pro-police state. They are holier than though fundinuts who put Israel above the United States and want to control how others live while at the same time telling government to leave them alone.

As far as politics go, moving here was a big disappointment. But then as a classical liberal everywhere I live will be a big disappointment when it comes to politics. It's either tyranny from the left or tyranny from the right. Pick your poison. At least the cost of living is low and the area is gorgeous.

I am here at the Convention. ....... the sheriffs attending aren't just passive attendees, they are here because they are already fighting the feds, are active intellectually and already have interposed themselves between the feds and the people.

Did you meet any Sheriffs from California?

I would be very, very interested in supporting any CA LEO's who are willing to obstruct federal harassment of California compliant medicinal cannabis growers.

If you can let me know which CA counties (if any) were represented, I'll make sure that they start receiving more support from the MedCan community.

Do you send them to your state fusion centers as well? What's that? I can't hear you. Take Obama's dick out of your mouth. Was their a big taste difference between Republican dick and Democrat dick?

wow. you are so wrong on this one. I get where you're coming from Hayek, and i concur, we're a disgusting sitch. This past Saturday, I drove Penn State kids around Centre county to get RP on the ballot here in PA. We got the needed signatures, and Paul will be available to the voters come April. I bought the kids I had pizza and beer at the end of the day, and came away totally encouraged that some kids 'get it.' I guess what I'm saying is that altho the odds blow hard against us, we have to use every tool we have to change the slop we're in. I just can't sit here and do nothing, and the time for shooting will happen on its own schedule.

Peace.

if Sheriff Richard Mack weren't involved, i might agree with you, but he is the real deal.

I agree. And, I've seen no evidence nor have I ever even heard such an allegation that John Stadtmiller is a stooge like Hal Turner. In fact, Turner was obviously working for the govt because he said and did things with impunity that no one would be allowed to do, i.e. printing the home phone numbers and addresses of US Senators, federal judges, etc.,.

F.A. Hayek Fan is quite likely correct (And JT and I concur) that such a gathering will attract stooges, that is, sheriffs who are easily manipulated by the threat of indictment for election fraud, income tax fraud, financial irregularities, as well as the full time grant grubbers, etc., But, does it matter? There are no secrets among those who wish to galvanize the sheriffs into a force to save America. And 200 is a very good start. Once the word gets out (and it will, all sheriffs have annual state gatherings) the numbers will rise because Richard Mack is a man's man among them. And those who attended will return home standing taller and better prepared because of the knowledge they gained.

In one GA county the sheriff was all too happy to assist federal drug warriors, so he was booted and replaced with a bib wearing good ol' boy farmer who refused permission for the DEA to raid farms in the county. The reason? Because farmers want to farm at a profit for a change so they are now subsidizing their crops with marijuana. Such lawlessness has a long tradition in the South, including the period known as Prohibition. Ask yourself this: Where did all of the name brand distillers like Jack Daniels go from 1920 to 1933?

It doesn't matter how each sheriff and citizen feels about drug (or herb) decriminalization. The issue is overreaching federal power by fiat, and it must be stopped or our children will lead dreary lives that are worse than the most terrible futuristic, Dystopian nightmare films that we've all seen.

Despite my many pessimistic posts about the chicken hearted American, the one person who can call forth, organize and launch a serious counter to dog shooting, kitten stomping federal raids is the county sheriff.

LOL! You do the threatening and I'm the keyboard warrior? All I did was voice an opinion that most would agree is common sense given the police state mindset of the country in this day and age. You and the other guy took it as a personal affront. It's you and your buddy that started the attacking and you who started with the talk of violence. If anyone is the keyboard warrior it is you not I.

We have both posted on this site for years and in most cases we've agreed with each other and have been cordial even when we didn't agree. I voiced my opinion and the reason why I believed the way I do. You and the other guy didn't agree. Fine. However, being how long you and I have both posted on this site and knowing that I am able to hold a rational conversation, you could have taken the opportunity to educate me on why I was wrong instead of attacking me. Especially if you are going to tell everyone that you are a chapter VP of a national organization. I'm not an idiot and can be educated and have on more than one occasion admitted when I am wrong. Maybe, had I known that you and others on this board were involved in this project, I wouldn't have been so cynical and negative in my attitude.

Now. If you want to publicize your name that's fine. I am not going to do that. However, I will send you my name PM. I will copy Christine so she can verify that I am not lying to you. I'm pretty sure that my name is in the e-mail address I gave her when I registered. Christine, if that isn't the case let me know and I will send you my e-mail address with my name. Then you will know my name. I've already told you where I live. I've seen you on Youtube. I've got 15 years on you and am still in twice the shape you are in. If you want to meet and go toe-to-toe with me that's fine, but don't expect me to drop what I am doing and spend my time and money to come to you. You are the one who is offended so you come to me. I can give or take an ass whopping with no problem. I am very well acquainted with the people who own the Springfield Fight Club here in Springfield. I'll book us an hour or more there so we can fight without going to jail. With or without gloves and headgear, it's your choice. You let me know when you will be here and I will arrange it. I'm not a keyboard warrior and I'm not afraid of you or any other man on this board or any other board and I won't be bullied.

Springfield is about an hour and a half away. If you are in the neighborhood drop me a line and we'll have breakfast, lunch, or dinner and drink some coffee or have a beer.

As for the politics in this area, it's about the same as any other conservative area. They are incapable of seeing the cognitive dissonance of believing the government should butt out of their business while demanding that the very same government butt into everyone else's. Overall though they mean well and will give you the shirt off their backs. Expect to always be treated as the outsider though. We lived in a small town like Gentryville for 8 years before moving to Springfield and my wife and I were always outsiders, although the kids weren't treated as such by their peers. They still treated us well though. Actually better than well to be honest and that was probably because we WERE outsiders. They sure didn't agree with my libertarian/classical liberal views though.

Let me put it this way, I grew up in the military and lived all over the US and the world. I spent 15 years in the army and lived all over the US and the world. I could have went back to any of the places I used to live and instead I chose to come to SW Missouri. While the political atmosphere isn't too my liking, I wouldn't live anywhere else. It's God's country as far as I'm concerned.

I agree with you that his response which you referenced was also vulgar & inappropriate. However, his initial post & all the related follow ups were well reasoned & probably everyone here agrees that cops arent trustworthy. It was not an attack on you.

Since it's a given that federal informers pretty much infiltrate most groups and movements, I wouldn't be shocked if a scattering were present at this gathering.

I wouldn't be shocked if they look at this board. ; )

My response to john what's-his-face was not the opinion I originally expressed. I responded back to him in the same manner he responded to me. I've told the members of this board on more than one occasion that I will be polite to a fault right up until the time I am attacked. I have tried to act in a polite manner to the best of my ability and though I have failed on occasion, I believe I have mostly lived up to that creed. Once I am attacked though, that is out the door and I attack back in spades and am not nice about it.

As far as my statements towards the members of the LEO community go, they have justly earned their bad reputation and everything negative people say about them. If the "good" cops don't want to be associated with those negative opinions then they damn well need to start policing themselves as much as they are policing everyone else. Every single one of them know who the bad apples in their departments are. They choose to stay quiet and allow their "brothers" to abuse the public at large. People are being beaten, maimed, and killed by these guys to an almost epidemic level and that's not hyperbole. I'm sorry you are tired of seeing my negative comments concerning LEO's. I would respectfully suggest that you put me on your bozo list so that you are no longer subjected to my opinions.

You bet, Izzy is here, there, and everywhere, and he can GFH :)

For lot's of reasons things can get red hot on some of these threads. Lord knows I've been in my share. I also would like to add that anytime I have met a poster in person, this after having had some heated disagreements with that person(s), things are always different - in a good way. This medium is limited to words, but when words aren't accompanied by a smile, a pat on the back, a joke, the human aspect of communication is lost. I strongly suspect that's what would happen with the folks on this thread. Just sayin'...

Tribute !

Oh father high in heaven -- smile down upon your son

who's busy with his money games -- his women and his gun.

Oh Jesus save me!

And the unsung Western hero killed an Indian or three

and made his name in Hollywood

to set the white man free.

Oh Jesus save me!

If Jesus saves -- well, He'd better save Himself

from the gory glory seekers who use His name in death.

Oh Jesus save me!

I saw him in the city and on the mountains of the moon --

His cross was rather bloody --

He could hardly roll His stone.

Oh Jesus save me!

This it the tune that did it for me. IIRC (which is virtually impossible) I became a Tull fan in the summer of '68, while living at a rented Hampton Bay house, after copious amounts of morning beers, pot, and chicks as crazy as we were. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't trade a minute of what was, nor would I return from what currently is. Besides, if I dared to, I'd be lucky if a coronary artery was the only causality of such a trip. You were there in a different town, but in the same era. It was quite a blast, eh?

Well, Christine has bred a pretty cynical crowd here at freedom4um. Hmmmmm.......yes, let's put this on her: Christine, this is all YOUR fault!!! ;-)

I'll book us an hour or more there so we can fight without going to jail. With or without gloves and headgear, it's your choice. You let me know when you will be here and I will arrange it.

Please, let's have it on youtube :)

Yeah, probably ... if I could just remember. Just kiddin !

That era for me was a psychodelic 20 year trip around the world through the fog experimenting with lotsa good dope and great music (concerts everywhere) blended with a little Motor Cycle rash and a free ride to Da Nang ! Noone had a better time !

The best part is the MF'ers can't take any of it away from me /us.

I agree with your statement, JT !

I have a strong heart ... so (fuck it) I'm still a little more adventurous !!!
