Gingrinch has served his purpose - an excuse to siphon votes away from Ron Paul.

Gingrich is financed enough for the long haul, even if not in enough states to get the nomination on the first ballot. His strategy, if it can be called that (it resembles George Wallace's old strategy of somehow getting a tiny plurality in a 3-way race in 1968), is that Romney will not have a clear majority for himself and Gingrich imagines that somehow he can induce all the non-Romney delegates to vote for him. Definitely delusions of adequacy! In actuality, he's making sure that whoever does get the Republican nomination is so beaten up before and during the Convention that he won't be able to stand up to Obama in the General Election.

Well, fortunately I don't have to listen to any of Newt's silly $#it, nor that of Romney or Obama. If they happen to come on while I am watching tv I either mute them or change the channel.

My DVR works well and there is nothing like On Demand.

I don't think he's finished serving that purpose. He may "hang in till the end" just to draw attention away from Ron Paul with lots of feigned battling with Mittens, after which he will enthusiastically endorse him for prez.

His interest in staying in might very well be solely because of Ron Paul.
