Sooner or later, this stuff is going to backfire on them. Ron Paul may fade away but his ideas won't.

I agree

Ron Paul may fade away

Ron's not fading away, the only place he's going is the White House.

Ron Paul Admits to Being a 9-11 Truther

Good for Dr. Paul. he's choosing his battles wisely; peaceful as a dove, wise as a serpent.

Well, I said he *may* fade away. If he doesn't win then he'll be out of the candidacy, though hopefully still in the spotlight. Love to see him win though, of course.

He's unique as he's both an idealist, and yet has his feet firmly planted on the ground. He knows which fights to pick. He's been criticized in the past for not standing up enough to some people's expectations, but I think that's out of wisdom, not complacency.

It is sort of like Congress can vote all day to make the sky purple, but it won't change a thing. It is inevitable things are going the way of Liberty because it works, slavery doesn't, for but a few.

I would suggest that other than the irrational thrill it seems to give some of the more psychotic elements on our planet that slavery does not work at all in a technological society. Slaves do only what they are told to do, or forced to do, and no more. From an economic point of view it makes no sense. It can only be rationalized and justified by the irrational.

Perseverent Gardener
"“Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But whatsoever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind, conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings - that doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide.” ~ Gautama Siddhartha — The Buddha
