I had a cleaning business for over 9 years and I can tell you you can't afford my prices. Too big, christine, abraxas, farmfriend and purplerose would have to clean it for me.

You'd be a helluva lot better off with the hollow tree. Since municipalities can't print their way out of debt like the federal goobermunt, their only recourse is going to be property confiscation through taxation when they start going under.
