High speed chase requires 30 - 50 cops to take one guy down. What a waste of resources. What about the other emergencies in the area? The cops come out like ants from the helicopter view. It’s crazy.
"I wonder what 187 this guy is up for......" the audio guy says at the end of the video. A 187 is shooting a cop. This is why 60 of them are engaged in getting one suspect.
