Just so there is no mistake, despite TC's comment on LP, this is not a hate thread. Like F.A. Hayek, who refused to accept the lefts theft of the word liberal to describe themselves, I refuse to accept the lefts theft of the word conservative. There is absolutely nothing conservative about perpetual war, the police state Republicans advocate, or the big government infrastructure they, along with their Democrat brethren are working to put into place to ensure their "safety" from the boogeymen in their heads. Therefore, when I see the term conservative used improperly to describe big government Republicans, I feel the need to say something.
