If you want to block trackers (including Google), you should use Ghostery. Available for all major web browsers (IE, Opera, Safari, Firefox). You'd be surprised just how many outfits track you everywhere. On Firefox, I also like NoScript and AdBlock Plus externsions. And I use the BetterPrivacy extension to control the use of Adobe supercookies (which can be used to track you everywhere, no matter your privacy settings). You really have to be a little paranoid to even cover your tracks to a limited extent.
Give FoxitSoftware.com a look or CutePDF.com for great, free PDF clients. The only Adobe product that I use is their player. Break the Conventions - Keep the Commandments - G.K.Chesterson i saw one of those weird google vehicles a few months ago that films everything. it was interesting to see it in action, and i took some video of it. i will post it sometime. its amazing how they have photos of just about everyplace in the world. up close. sort of creepy.
