What I saw proves a fraud. We need to find out the truth", she said. The Algerian lawyer hired by Mohammed Merah's father to file a complaint against the RAID, an elite unit of the French police who murdered Mr. Merah, said on Sunday in Algeria that she had evidence of the "liquidation" of Merah. - "We have two identical videos, 20 minutes each. I saw these two videos. Merah says to the police "I am innocent, why do you want to kill me, I did not do anything (...)", the lawyer said during a morning press conference in Algeria". The lawyer also said she wanted to conduct an investigation in France to understand why the remains of Merah could not be sent to Algeria (the victim of the presidential ambitions of Sarkozy was buried near Toulouse, France - KC). "There had never been any official refusal or statement from the Algerian authorities (on the burial of the murdered Muslim in Algeria, on which the father of the police victim insisted - KC). If they were, his father would have told me about them. Only the (French - KC) press reported about such a refusal.
