I think it will be used in anti-Obama commericals to show that he is not a Christian but instead sympathic to Islam, if not actually a Muslim.

Not directly. They may mentioning bowing to another sovereign, but not that the sovereign was Muslim.
Meanwhile, some Muslim will buy another billboard supporting Tebow, and all will be well in the world of football fans.
