Alan Dershowitz: Zimmerman Arrest Affidavit "Irresponsible And Unethical"

“Most affidavits of probable cause are very thin. This is so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge,” Dershowitz said. “There’s simply nothing in there that would justify second degree murder.”

Poster Comment:

I hope the massive racial manipulation of the public by the whore MSM is becoming clearer. By charging Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder, the special prosecutor has created a scenario where a dismissal of the charges at trial is a distinct possibility. Should that happen, and should the timing of such a decision be close to the November (s)elections, this nation will split like nothing we've seen since our Civil War.

Here's hoping that Dershowitz has it right.

Ten to one, no judge in Florida will throw it out.

Remember the Feds are there, looking over their shoulders, using all their power to intimidate.

I agree that a judge won't toss it, but an even worse scenario is if a jury tosses it. We'll have a Rodney King redux.

To my mind, Federal presence with a heavy hand looking over the State justice people, will force this abortion to go to trial.

We cannot forget that the President of the United States interjected himself DIRECTLY into this affair, and only he can now diffuse it. He wont.

Yep, his clarion call of we're all Trayvon now was one of the most irresponsible moments of his (cough, cough) presidency. It was pure street agitation, something we know instinctively, but lost completely on the still confused.

His utterance was that of a "neighborHOOD organizer" at street level.

It would have a step up to "midnight basketball director" level.

Jimmy Carter no longer has to worry about being called worst president since 1900.

At least Carter had better table manners and a good looking wife. Obama still loves bananas and the first wookie should be banned from public view.

Two Bushes a Clinton and a Obama have him beat for that title. Jimmy was very book smart, but dumb when it came to social and political diplomacy. He thought the best of people, which led to very dumb decisions, when he should have trusted no one. He now realizes this and has written a book about Israel's unfair treatment of the Palestinians to let them know he isn't going to the grave without speaking out against them. It may be too little too late, but for writing that book I respect him.

Carter seems to be a decent man with a lethal misunderstanding of human nature.

The chronic underclass are like stray cats, if you give them freebies they'll invite all their friends and soon enough you'll have hundreds of them living under your porch.
