Alan Dershowitz: Zimmerman Arrest Affidavit "Irresponsible And Unethical"

“Most affidavits of probable cause are very thin. This is so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge,” Dershowitz said. “There’s simply nothing in there that would justify second degree murder.”

I hope the massive racial manipulation of the public by the whore MSM is becoming clearer. By charging Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder, the special prosecutor has created a scenario where a dismissal of the charges at trial is a distinct possibility. Should that happen, and should the timing of such a decision be close to the November (s)elections, this nation will split like nothing we've seen since our Civil War.

Having listened to the unedited 911 tapes, hearing Trayvon beg for his life, I would have to disagree with Dershowitz...Their is definitely something there worthy of a murder charge.

God knows it is very likely that if Zimmerman had done this to one of our kids we probably would not of waited 45 days for the DA to get off her ass and charge him but rather handled the matter ourselves.

Their is alot of engineered division over this though... I mean I don't understand what folks don't get. Race is not an issue here... Zimmerman killed a 17 year old who was begging for his life...... probably on his knees but the tape was only audio so we can't know that detail... still... it is enough to know with certainty that Zimmerman (with his violent criminal past) killed a kid begging for his life. What folks don't understand about that is mind blowing to me.

From what I have read on the voice analysis it is not at all clear that it is Trayvon doing the begging.

The evidence hasn't been divulged as of yet.

Zimmerman called 911. A 911 operator isn't necessarily a "cop" - and it's possible that something happened we don't know about after the conversation with 911 provoking a fight to break out.

There are too many pieces of the puzzle missing to know whether or not the shooting was justified. We already know that the media edited the tape recording to make Zimmerman appear racist.

We also know that Zimmerman volunteered his time to mentor young children of diverse ethnic backgrounds. On top of that Zimmerman is a hispanic.

As often as we're lied to by the media and the government we should show a little more restraint when considering whether someone is or isn't a murdering racist, or before we accuse someone of any criminal act.

In America, one is presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty beyond a reasonable doubt when charged with murder.

As often as we're lied to by the media and the government we should show a little more restraint when considering whether someone is or isn't a murdering racist, or before we accuse someone of any criminal act.

As we can also see with the media repetition of the term "White Hispanic" and the "Hispanic" part was only added later in the reporting when the media was called on it. Up to that point it had all been "white, white, white" and poor innocent black African American youth with a clean record (which we later found out was not true as he had been suspended for assault). The obvious intent was a psychological one to implant the idea that "dat da po' homeboy be done killed by a WHITE HISPANIC RAY-CISS."

This story is, and has been, under heavy spin control for psychological effect. The intent would seem clear and that is to inflame passions along racial lines.

Armed is not the same as drawn. A gun in a holster is a blunt object. I do not know what exactly transpired because I was not there and we do not yet have a reliable data set. From the evidence we currently have it is just as possible that "po" Trayvon went ballistic on this guy who was following him and the gun was drawn only after "po™" Trayvon assaulted the WHITE HISPANIC ray-ciss Zimmerman. And according to at least one eye witness account it was Zimmerman calling for help not "Po™" Trayvon. The set of associations being intentionally implanted seems clear - the enforced assumptions that Zimmerman is white, Trayvon black, it is in the South, and that therefore it simply has to have been an attack by a WHITE HISPANIC RAY-CISS.

you know, for as much as posters heree decry the 'race card' being played, there seems to be an incessant fixation of race whenever this topic is discussed. I dont watch tv, couldnt care less about the race pimps, and dont care about any race here. that is not the issue.

if he were really begging for his life from the scary assailant murderer trayvon and then grabbed his gun while begging to trayvon, then trayvon, who obviously had the upper hand according to the scenario, wouldve long seen it coming, shoved it down his throat and pulled the trigger.

I haven't watched Tel Aviv Vision for at least 10 years.

Your post insinuates that anyone unwilling to make wild presumptions based upon snippets of unproven information is retarded. This is exactly how the press convicts the innocent in some cases before there is even a trial, which under normal circumstances is the proper place for the evidence to be exposed.

The only thing we know for certain is that a young black man was killed and Zimmerman did it.

1st, no one is "defending" Zimmerman simply because they haven't already found him guilty.

Your analysis (or contention) is one based upon emotion and some desire or need to have conclusions without a trial.

Others here have tried to remain loyal to traditional standards for justice and due process while you want to rush to a judgment based upon agenda driven media programming which is why America is in such a dysfunctional condition.

Your method of deducing innocence or guilt demonstrates a complete LACK OF LOGIC.
