When we worked Northwestern football games at Dyche Stadium, I was in the student section. We knew they had beer, but we didn't want to see it.
One guy pulled out a beer and started to drink it right where I could see him do it. I walked up to him and said, "Let's have it." He didn't move, so I grabbed it from his hand and went to dump it. When I got back I told him , "Be mindful of the meaning of the word, 'discretion', Be discreet." ;)

Works fine as long as there's no confusion when he goes to refill his cup.... something that might be more likely to happen after he's had a few.... hehe..
