local news reported that a concerned motorist called 911 after seeing a truck with 2 kids that werent buckled into carseats. The caller gave the plate # & police along with social workers went to the house. Parents were charged with child endangerment.

when i was a kid. they didnt even have carseats. we used to ride in the back of my dad's pickup truck after baseball games, riding to the A&W root beer. Our dogs often accompanied, (off leash :) Today, I suppose we'd all have been imprisoned.

Were they charged because of the lack of car seats, or because of conditions in the house?

i know a woman who spanked her kid in a restaurant & cps was at her house by the time she got home. someone wrote her plate & snitched even though spanking is not illegal. People are insane evil busibodies these days.

But I think some details are missing in the OP. I'm wondering if it was the conditions in the house that led to the CPS involvement.

people should not even allow "cps" into their homes, ever. cps should not exist because there is no due process whatsoever. they are literally, commie pedophiles. Ugh. If someone committed a crime such as actually assaulting a child, there are and alwasy were courts set up to handle criminal offenses. They did not need to make up new courts with special rules. in los angeles, when they built the 'childrens court' in the 80s, 'child abuse cases' skyrocketed more than double, the first year the monstrosity of the court was built. this is according to their own admission.

No argument from me. THeir abuses have been documented.

But, in this case, more info is needed. Either there was some severe abuse by CPS / LEO, or they found something in the house. My guess is they found something unrelated to the child seats. But I could be wrong.

Exactly! Any normal person would.Now a confession. The actual caller in the case: George zimmerman,. But in his case he called 911 & followed the truck but it got away & he reported only a partial plate#.Absolute unhinged kook, i stick by my bias. :-)

You're still not providing the facts of what happened. What did CPS/LEO find? I keep asking that but you refuse to say. Possibly because YOU DON'T KNOW??? If you don't know, then say so.

Zimmerman might be a dick. But that does not make him guilty of being anything but a dick.

I knew a person like that. I worked for a time as a rent-a-cop, at a place near near some projects. He would patrol their parking lots. He was a dumbass.
