A world reduced to cinders. It's going to be hard if that's all you got to chew without a set of teeth.

Did you paint that picture, christine?

"The few who understand the [FEDERAL RESERVE] system will either be so interested in its profits or be so dependent upon its favours that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests."

A world reduced to cinders

I often ponder if that will be the final act.

There will be survivors to see it.

We're all in Cynic/Skeptic pessimist mode these days.

Looking around the internet with WW3 in mind.

There are tons of speculation/prophecy sites, that vary widely in conjecture. There are however a few factors that are common to most.

The best of the lot to me is the Albert Pike writings back in 1870s.

Be careful, Cyni, some of that stuff is phony.

In particular, the letter that Albert Pike is said to have written to Giusseppe Mazzini is a well known fraud.

I don't read what freemasons write nohow. It ain't conducive to mental hygiene.

Indeed..

The bible being the biggest culprit.

I read EVERYTHING via the smell test.

A true cynic also realizes that for every truth or every lie ever told, someone can and will disprove it either way. Akin to sifting the straw from the horse manure, either way. Revising history is the favorite pastime for many people.

I measure other people by what they should KNOW BY having lived a period of history. For instance, when I read all the truth told about WW2, I know better on much of it BECAUSE I LIVED IT.

To shade Pike, one has to wonder how and why it is that he is the only rebel general with a prominent statue in Washington. If that is readily explainable, then to counter it there is his conviction for war crimes, that is factual.

Most times there is little straw (truth) and a great deal of horse manure.

A prime example in reading history is the great extent that world Jewry will go to to prove as a hoax anything that is unfavorable to them, the Protocols for one. Are they real or a hoax? Damned if I know but there is some straw there somewhere, because that is what holds horse manure together.
