Below the large pink caption is some smaller writing urging viewers to receive the whooping cough vaccine. In reality, kids who get the toxic vaccine are more likely to get the whooping cough. A giant billboard featuring a crying baby and the caption "NOT VACCINATED? NO KISSES!" has popped up along the nation's interstates. The photo is of one such white and pink colored billboard located on I-84 in Oregon in The Dalles area. "New research reported by Reuters reveals that whooping cough outbreaks are HIGHER among vaccinated children compared with unvaccinated children.
