Very hard to figure out xactly what went down here from the really sketchy blurbs that follow this youtube. There is this on how Judge A. Howard Matz uses the U.S. Marshal's Office to censor and silence his critics: www.thecopwhisperer.com/ Background /context is always nice. Well thanks for the link which gives background and context. One of the frightening things of videos like this one, the ones concerning open carry, showing I.D etc. etc. is how it is very easy to see the frustration of these agents of the system, which of course means they want and support them getting more powers to harass, oppress and suppress people from the rights they have now. They also don't like how this information, printed, pictorial or video educates people concerning their rights. One reason being it's easier to take then away if people don't know or learn to care about what they are losing or stand to lose. I'm not optimistic about how things will be in this country and the world in the next few years. And I'm sure I'm not alone in this sentiment. It appears this is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and the parties would be the Judge and this guy who allegedly put up the twitter and facebook pages. In which case, the police (sheriff's office, actually) are a non-interested party. And if they are a non-interested party in this private civil matter, their acting on behalf of the judge is an inappropriate, personal use of public resources.
