As Senator Rand Paul officially endorsed big-government Keynesian warmonger Mitt Romney, and revealed his complete capitulation to the political elite, the youtube video of Rand's appearance on the Sean Hannity show clearly revealed Google's fraudulent and deceptive manipulation of video views.
At 8:50 Pacific time, the video was listed as having only 302 views yet at the same time had 614 dislikes and 527 comments. [See screenshot here]. Several hours later, the video still showed 302 views with 708 dislikes.
Romney, a zionist puppet who represents everything that Ron Paul and Paul supporters oppose, stated in an official press release that he was "honored to have earned the endorsement of Rand Paul" and that he "look(s) forward to working with him to get America back on the right track."
Chaos ensued on Ron Paul forums such as the DailyPaul, with one user posting the following sentiment about Rand, the likes of which was apparently shared by many others who not only would never support Romney, but vowed to withdraw any future support for Rand as well as the Campaign for Liberty:
"Traitor disgusting filth - Judas Benedict Arnold should be ashamed of having been brought up by the parents he did & turning out like this." Submitted by the_chiefe71 on Thu, 06/07/2012 - 22:24
A strange series of events brought the culmination of the libertarian icon's political career, with his own son endorsing his idealogical opposite.
In 2010, Rand came out and publicly opposed a mosque near ground zero, a position at odds with his father Ron which was mocked by the Weekly Standard.
As early as March 2012, with Ron Paul supposedly still in the race, TIME Magazine published an article titled Why Ron Paul May Cut a Deal with Mitt Romney, in which Paul's own campaign chairman Jesse Benton said "Paul might also be enticed ...by the prospect of serving as a presidential adviser, a Cabinet position for someone in his orbit or "perhaps a vice presidency." Not for himself, but rather his son."
On Wednesday May 9, Ron Paul had a secret breakfast with Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, stating "it was off the record".
In his Romney endorsement, Rand told Hannity that he would indeed campaign for Romney and referenced their May 23 meeting in Washington, ending the interview with a vote of confidence in Romney's foreign policy ideas:
"I came away from it feeling that he will be a very responsible comander in chief, I don't think he'll be reckless, I don't think he'll be rash, and I think that he realizes and believes as I do that war is a last resort, and something that we don't rush willy-nilly into and I came away feeling that he'll have mature attitude and beliefs towards foreign policy."
In reality, the evidence shows quite the opposite- far from advocating a careful non-interventionist foreign policy, Romney's public record reveals a hawkish agenda. Romney vowed to increase defense spending by $2.1 trillion dollars and advocated immediate entanglement with the Israel-Iran conflict. In a speech to AIPAC in March, Romney said "Israel does not need public lectures about how to weigh decisions of war and peace. It needs our support." Romney is old friends with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and has even said that if were president, he would ask the Israeli "What would you like me to do?"
"The Iranian leadership is the greatest immediate threat to the world since the fall of the Soviet Union, and before that, Nazi Germany."....The Iranian regime threatens not only Israel, but also every other nation in the region, and ultimately the world...A nuclear Iran would be a tipping point in the proliferation of nuclear regimes, and yet America still has not taken critical steps to immediately dissuade Iran from its nuclear folly....And the military option must remain on the table and that threat needs to be credible."
In a more recent OpEd about the same topic, Romney wrote
"We can't afford to wait much longer, and we certainly can't afford to wait through four more years of an Obama administration. By then it will be far too late. If the Iranians are permitted to get the bomb, the consequences will be as uncontrollable as they are horrendous. My foreign policy plan to avert this catastrophe is plain: Either the ayatollahs will get the message, or they will learn some very painful lessons about the meaning of American resolve."
Ron Paul himself disappointed many supporters in the past such as when he effectively ended his 2008 presidential campaign with the so-called Trotsky memo, as well as his capitulation on the absurd government story regarding the false flag September 11th attacks.
Hopefully good people across the country won't be dissuaded by this political theatre and will continue to fight for liberty despite Ron Paul's retirement and his son's disgraceful act. As Daniel Webster said, "God grants liberty only to those who love it, and are always ready to guard and defend it".

Ron Paul was NEVER RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT.
Ron Paul was running for Rand Paul for President.
Anyone that did not see that months ago was not paying attention.
Die hard Ron Paul supporters need to realize that they have been conned one more time. Instead of admitting what was and is apparent, they strike out at anyone that did not follow the herd over the cliff.
I listened to that interview last night and could do nothing but smile ... actually, it was a sneer. How many were fooled by the campaigning of Ron AND his son.
Not until the American voters pick their own candidate will the ruse ever change. The way we have allowed the process to develop only ensures that the powerful get to name the winner, not the voters.

I truly understand the well deserved cynicism. However, until we all determine to walk away from the current FEDERAL RESERVE BANKSTER GOVERNMENT - whining will have to suffice !
"The few who understand the [FEDERAL RESERVE] system will either be so interested in its profits or be so dependent upon its favours that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests."

American voters did change the ruse this time and picked their own candidate -- Ron Paul -- by voting with their feet that took them in the thousands upon thousands to Ron Paul rallies all across this country; and that's not even a full reflection of all who would have been there if they could. They've voted openly, in-person again at State Conventions to elect Ron Paul delegates and party leadership. Despite the GOP's arsenal of dirty-tricks and illusions to disenfranchise us, it's an historic world-record still building that has shown the camps of their corrupt force-field to be vastly outnumbered.

SOME American voters which, unfortunately, was not enough to "change the ruse". Conversely, doesn't Rand Paul's support of Romney tell you anything about Ron's intentions from the git go?
SOME American voters which, unfortunately, was not enough to "change the ruse".
Read a comment somewhere comparing the GOP and its ruses to the Whig Party that made itself obsolete. The Ron Paul Revolution is the changing of the guard and it's not the Rand Brand of politicking or Romney's either.
Conversely, doesn't Rand Paul's support of Romney tell you anything about Ron's intentions from the git go?
It tells me that what Neocon Rand Paul did has nothing to do with unifying the party or with Ron Paul's Liberty Movement either except to misuse it for his own agenda, not his father's. Ron Paul certainly didn't need to spend thirty years of his life and Congressional career to build a Constitutional platform for his son to pop up onto the scene out of the Kentucky Bluegrass of a sudden to advance himself by turning against it for the undermining opposition. There's no real benefit to Ron Paul's efforts and legacy from that and definitely not for our troops by elevating yet another Neocon within Romney's circle. Rand has demonstrated that it was his intent to wheel and deal for himself at the expense of his father and all of his supporters, the best interest of our troops and the world's too. The Neocons are more than willing to reward their players like Rand without Ron Paul's input at all, especially if it would throw suspicion on the integrity of his campaigns as Rand's endorsement of Romney has done. Rand Paul is Rand Paul's priority and maybe the faux Tea Party to some extent -- not his father's Constitution Revolution or those who support it.

With the sense of betrayal felt by many within the Liberty Movement, I doubt Rand is going to benefit a whole bunch from whatever deal was made. Additionally, I think we all know that those at the top can renege on deals whenever it's convenient for them to do so, especially when there are no consequences for doing so.
"The real deal is this: the royalty controlling the court, the ones with the power, the ones with the ability to make a difference, with the ability to change our course, the ones who will live in infamy if we pass the tipping points, are the captains of industry, CEOs in fossil fuel companies such as EXXON/Mobil, automobile manufacturers, utilities, all of the leaders who have placed short-term profit above the fate of the planet and the well-being of our children." - James Hansen
Sadly, I think you may have been right all along. Myself, I've felt he may have been a trojan horse from the beginning, collecting names from donations in order to identify dissidents. Call me paranoid, but I haven't contributed a penny to his campaign this time around.

Rand is a republican just like his Father, republicans will vote for Rand.
Many of the younger generation feel no allegiance to either party. I see that becoming more common in the future, where young voters will vote not for party, but for principle.
In that regard, Rand is finished.

I guess with election fraud, anything is possible. Time will tell.

Does not compute. As I said before and as Rand just showed us with Hannity, Neocons don't need any input from Ron Paul to move underhandedly in order to advance their own interests for their personal/group benefit perks and rewards.

Received this today...
"Campaign for Liberty
Dear Fellow Conservative,
I ran for the U.S. Senate to end the federal governments out-of-control spending and solve our debt crisis.
But that can't be done until we tackle the source of the problem: the unaccountable Federal Reserve.
As long as Ben Bernanke keeps printing money, Barack Obama will keep spending it.
You and I need to end that right now.
And just like during my campaign, the establishment is stacked against us. But look at what has already been accomplished with you in our corner!
Please take a few moments to read the message below from Campaign for Liberty Vice President Matt Hawes and support C4L in this vital effort to rein in the Federal Reserve.
Dad cut a deal, and it was apparent long ago that such was in the works.
So you like to tell us because that's what you want to believe and want to deny the contradictions but repetition doesn't make it so. Still doesn't compute.
Edited for spelling.

I quit voting 3 years ago and will never vote again.
I last voted in 1972 (for Nixon).

I don't accept that as true. It is your judgment and it may or may not be true. I am inclined to think otherwise simply because RP is not stupid enough to think that he could get away with it. The coalition behind Ron Paul is there because they agree with him based on their on reading of the issues and situation and it is not a "Personality Cult" in most cases. If he recanted on any of the core issues and principles most of his support would disappear overnight. And for the same reason most of the people who support RP will NOT support a NeoCon Rand just as they would drink Hemlock before voting for Oromney.
Personally I still go back to the South Carolina debates in the last (s)Election as that is when Ron Paul changed. I still think he was gotten to via threats of some kind which he believed to be credible. It was from that point that everything changed.
On Rand I agree - and have almost since square one. His early statements after his election revealed that he was a NeoCon and likely a Scofield Rapturite, Israel ist Got's chozun, Kristyun.
I do not think however that what Ron has done was done for Rand's benefit. Now, as a father, he may feel attachment to his son and want him to do well, but that does not necessarily mean that he would recant on core principles to do so.
