Adam is disgraceful. I regret the modest help I gave his campaign. Never again.

Even after he made himself radioactive by acting out at the McStain convention, the Pauls supported his campaign and endorsed him, even while Rand was running. They didn't have to help such a longshot who had damaged himself so badly. It was, after all, his own fault that his discharge status was downgraded.

He is dead to me.

What's your problem TC? Name me one thing Adam said that wasn't 100% accurate and right on target.

Did he pop your little Mitt Romney 2012 balloon?

And what's this BS you're selling about Adam's discharge?

lol.....did you watch to the end? The same guy who was claiming that the Mittins endorsement is the best way to go is stating in an earlier recorder that "If Mitt Romney is the nominee, Conservatives will have to find a new party." He sure changed his tune on that, but that last line is the truth of it.

I don't get how Adam is disgraceful. Please expand on this line of thinking.

Jack Hunter is a statist

At 7:20 of his video, Why Rand Was Right to Endorse Romney (4um video here), he speaks supportively of his friend, Austin Peteresen, who scorns those of us who object to Rand's endorsement of Romney. Here's an example of Austin Peteresen's earlier manuevering to lead Ron Paul's supporters in his self-ordained steerage direction:

Former Freedom Watch Producer Austin Petersen Slams Ron Paul’s National Campaign, Offers his Leadership for 2016, Posted on May 15, 2012: "Freaking amateurs man.” ... "Calling all libertarians who want 2016 to be all-pro. No amateurs. I’ll be rallying the troops from here."

Former Freedom Watch Producer, Austin Petersen -- might be that he's behind the cancelation of Freedom Watch.

what do you mean about his discharge status was downgraded?

He wore a cut-down version of military uniform to his anti-Iraq protests. He had been warned about political events while wearing the uniform.

He was brought up on charges, expelled from the Individual Ready Reserve, and his honorable discharge was revoked and the panel recommended he be given a "general discharge" (keeps vet benefits) or a "dishonorable discharge" (no benefits).

I think they finally settled on "general discharge". Employers who hire a lot of vets will think twice about hiring him with that on his record.

It hurt his run for Congress too. Yet Ron and Rand stuck with him, funded him.

And this is how he pays them back. Nice.

He threw it away with carelessness.

Now he dances with Lefties at national monuments to get arrested.

I think his gig at Russia Today ended badly too.

He's flamed out. Soon his only path will be as a Lefty tool, like John Kerry was. The problem is that Kokesh's discharge and antics will work against him in a way that it didn't against Kerry.

All soldiers should be protesting the useless, unnecessary waste of lives, especially the lives of the innocent. And of course the other costs of all these wars which Congress has never declared would bankrupt any nation.

rand paul asked about iran sanctions - he says that economic sanctions are not an act of war, but rather are intended to prevent war. and asked about bilderberg, to which he replies 'no comment'.

one thought about iran sanctions intended to prevent war. this means that rand thinks that without sanctions, there will be a war. for what reason? nukes? which iran has none, so why would we need sanctions and why would there be war? the guy is a loon and his apologists, of which i think there are few, should wake up. also, note that he surrily demands of the questioner who are you with.

actually, those were the people who were the first and main donors to paul's campaign, he said so himself on Jones show., and, Rand admits that he learns from the alex jones show.

I listened to both rands interviews (dailypaul and schiff). he did indeed sound reasonable, but upon analysis, in the end a sellout is a sellout. Sugar coating it will not help. he lost a lot of support by doing what he did. i'd garner that the grass root support for senator paul is now gone. he will probably cozy up to some corporation or zionist AIPAC group who will help fund his feeble reelection attempt in 3 years.

Kokesh's discharge and antics will work against him in a way that it didn't against Kerry.

And why didn't it work so against Kerry? Do you suppose Kokesh should have dressed like a different branch of service for his demonstration?; like Navyman Kerry did when impersonating a soldier -- even before Congress -- while accusing our Military of being war criminals, among his other protest antics.

My favorite part of Kerry's antics was when he threw his medals at the Pentagon in protest with the cameras televising it.

Except he threw someone else's medals (probably replicas or stuff he bought at a pawn shop).

He still proudly displays his own medals and the media never asks him how he still has them even though they saw him hurl them forty years ago at Da Evil Pentagon.

Kokesh's street theater was poorly thought out and executed. Had he waited a few more months, they couldn't have touched him. He should have known better. After all, unlike Kerry, he had no powerful sponsors to pull strings and cover his back.

I think Kerry was still a Naval Reserve while actively protesting the war in his soldier-impersonation costume. Seems he likely had some big brass at the Pentagon covering for him too.

i said 3 years because he will not begin his re-election campaign in 4.5 years. 4.5 years from today is December 2016. The general election is November 2016.

if his 2nd term were to begins jan. 2017, he would run again in early 2016 for perhaps a march 2016 primary. So if he's smart, (especially considering he's alienated most of the base which put him into office,) he would start in 3 years. MAYBE 3.5.
