I remember water from my college inorganic chemistry class. Inorganic chem was the best class ever. It's not until the last year of a Chemistry degree and it's finally real chemistry. We went through the periodic table in detail. The labs are very dangerous, that's why it's last. Anyway, the best part was the triple point of water. By lowering atmospheric pressure at a steady temperature water reaches a state where it exists as a solid, a liquid, and a gas in equilibrium. Imagine a bubbling, boiling, hopping ice cube.

Water is funny stuff. Homeopathic "medicine" advocates say water can have a "memory" of sorts of whatever substance it is/was mixed with, such that the memory of it in the water can give it attributes of that substance it "remembers". Not quite an intuitive thing but the article seems to give room for something like that to take place.
