ABC News picked up reports from new media sources claiming that Marco Rubio was not being properly vetted by the Romney campaign. USA Today raised the question with Romney who responded - Mitt Romney told reporters in Michigan that Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is being looked at as his possible running mate, adding that a news story out today about the Tea Party favorite not being vetted was "entirely false." – “Marco Rubio is being thoroughly vetted as part of our process," Romney said during a campaign stop in Holland, Mich. Okay, so Marco Rubio is being vetted for the VP position by the Romney campaign. However, since it is well-known that Marco Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, he is obviously not eligible for the office of President under Article II or Vice President under the XII Amendment. Article II states - “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;” and a Natural Born Citizen was recently confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be a person born to legal citizen parents, no matter the place of birth. The XII Amendment states – “no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.” Marco Rubio was born the son of Cuban citizens, not American citizens. Rubio’s parents did not become legal citizens of the United States until years after Marco’s birth. Marco Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and based on constitutional office requirements, Marco is not eligible for the office of Vice President or President. So, why is the Romney campaign vetting Rubio? How much vetting do they need to do to figure out what everyone else already knows? Rubio isn’t eligible… Barack Obama has been under investigation for years now, with hundreds of suits filed in an effort to deliver evidence to the courts that Barack Hussein Obama is a fraud, not a Natural Born Citizen eligible to hold the office or president. A ballot challenge is underway in Florida among other states, contesting Obama’s eligibility for office and his right to even appear on the ballot in 2012. The AP Reports: “The plaintiff is represented by conservative legal activist Larry Klayman, who questioned Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate. Klayman also argued Monday that even if Obama was born in the United States he still is not a natural citizen because his father was a foreign national.” “Lawyers for the president and Florida Department of State argued the suit challenging Obama's placement on the 2012 Florida ballot as the Democratic presidential nominee doesn't give a cause of action because he hasn't been nominated yet.” “Klayman also said U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio isn't a natural born citizen.” Despite government efforts to deny the people a legal forum to ask these questions, efforts to right the fraud of 2008 persist and Rubio is already on the radar of those who simply want a strict adherence to the U.S. Constitution on the matter. What kind of vetting process is taking place at Team Romney? How could they be walking themselves into a corner that will collapse their entire campaign? Rubio Can Lock the Election for Obama. Why is Romney playing with fire here? The unconstitutional Marxist Obama regime has placed the U.S. Constitution front and center in the public dialogue heading into the 2012 election cycle. A growing number of Americans are becoming convinced that nobody in Washington D.C. has any respect for the people or their Constitution and the people are increasingly angry over it. With one unconstitutional administration in the people’s White House now, why would Romney or the Republican Party be flirting with their own unconstitutional VP selection? Rubio says it’s because “I can make a difference” Romney must carry Florida to defeat Obama in November. Florida has the largest Latino and Hispanic population in the country, about 22.5% according to the 2010 Census and Rubio is a Cuban Floridian. He is also the son of Cuban refugees, which might make him popular among Florida’s ethnic voters, but it also makes him ineligible for the office. RNC shill group Newsmax has a full court press on pushing Rubio for VP, promoting Rubio’s new book and publishing daily columns supporting Rubio for VP. Didn’t they vet Rubio either? What is actually happening here? Do these players not know that Rubio is ineligible, or do they simply not care? Or, is there a bigger agenda in play? Political forces have been successful in convoluting the historical term Natural Born Citizen. Some say one must be born on soil of two citizen parents. Others say it is anyone with a body temp near 98.6… But anyone who has fully researched the topic knows that the term was borrowed from Vattel’s book The Law of Nations and Vattel ties Natural Born Citizen rights to a citizen Father. No matter which definition one uses, everyone agrees that you must have a legal citizen Father, as you inherit all birth rights from the blood of the Father. As Vattel states it repeatedly - “As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”- “I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.” Barack Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen and neither is Marco Rubio. Still, despite the clear violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution, both Democrats and Republicans work to place ineligible candidates in the highest offices of our land. Why? One thing is certain…. These political forces and their media shills at Newsmax and Fox News Channel are well aware of these facts and have chosen to act against the U.S. Constitution. Even many so-called pro-constitution Tea Partiers couldn’t care less about Article II…. Pundits like Hannity and O’Reilly have been carrying water for Obama on eligibility for years and now they are supporting their own ineligible candidate, Rubio. The question is, why? I find it amusing that the birthers are having their own arguments blow up in their faces when it comes to Romney or Romney's choice of VP. But the simple fact is that there is ample American legal authority that "natural born citizenship" does not require that the parents or either of them also be US citizens. We have the Republican example of Charles Evans Hughes (1916 nominee and a Chief Justice).
If he was born in the USA he is automatically a US citizen and I think a natural born one as well. I assume he was born in the USA so this argument will go nowhere. Obama was not born in the USA so it is still a viable issue with him.
That could be. I'm not entirely convinced he was born elsewhere. But there damned well is something about his origins that they want to keep concealed at all costs. It could be a Kenyan birth - or something else. For sure, something ain't right.
