"Buried deep within the over 1,000 pages of the massive US Health Care Bill (PDF) in a “non-discussed” section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521— National Medical Device Registry, and which states its purpose as: “The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.” In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country. http://waysandmeans.house.gov/media/pdf/111/AAHCA09001xml.pdf

Class III devices are pacemakers and such. The most restrictive devices. These can already be easily detected with or without RFID markers, like by the TSA at airports

Because the Paul movement was infiltrated by the Truthers and other assorted Alex Jones nutjobs. I always said they were nothing but trouble for the Liberty movement and I have been proven correct at every juncture at which they raised their voices.

The definition of Class III and implantable Class II devices is not in question.

But feel free to argue with yourself about it.

And it's still a complete crackpot article. This is at least the third or fourth go-round for this piece of AJ crapola.

I question your reading ability. The portion of the law governs tracking information for implantable Class II and Class III medical devices (pacemakers, screws, braces, plates, etc.).

It does not mandate an implanted RFID chip in every American though I'm sure Alex Jones would be very happy if you believe that nonsense.

You can call up Alex Jones and cry to him that some mean scoffer is still literate enough to fail to take his word for these things.
