The contract (civil matter) is the driver license.
Traffic citations are all truly civil (commercial) in nature. The law in some (CORPORATE - COMMERCIAL) STATES (a place you don't even know you exist in) calls them infractions when they use criminal process to prosecute. There are no "jury instructions" for infractions other than those made up specifically by the court for these bullshit charges. The jury instructions basically inform the jury what FACTS must be proven before the defendant can be convicted.
In a real criminal case the "intent" to commit an offense and knowledge that the act was a crime must be proven. In "traffic" (commercial term) cases the defendant is summarily convicted and fined for violating "traffic law" that he/she has already admitted through license.
They (the RICO ACTORS pretending to be judges and cops) will do anything including ignoring the law to keep the scam alive.
Can you imagine Davey Crockett applying for a license to explore America. Americans have been fooled, cajoled, propagandized, castrated and lobotomized to think they have to beg paedophiles, queers, thieves and murderers if its OK to travel on the public highways by using their (actually it's the STATES) car. This is not the freedom that millions of Americans fought, bled and died to preserve.
The only real solution is to refuse to pay them. When the profit motive disappears so will the tyranny.

I'll check out the vid later. Assuming it iis an unorthodox method of winning, which i have never seen proof of such an actual victory of someone using a rico or sovereign man defense, (although i certainly wouldnt be against such tactics if they actually worked!), i contend that even WITHIN their 'commercial' system, its false to claim that 'no one can win' or that its 'rigged'. people are just too lazy to invoke the systems own law and use it against the prosecutor.
